Level Up Grind So I found it very easy to grind my team after completing the first mission "prison break" by going back in under Heroic. Fight the first encounter and after winning exit to the world map, repeat until at desired level.
Game difficulty is pretty good without the grinding right now if you kill every enemy on each map. We'll see how hard it gets later. One bothering aspect is I can't change the position of each character in my party. I would like my favorite character to be closer to the screen In battle and my least favorite near the background. But no matter what order you change your party line up, their positions on the battlefield are pre-determined.. And I also feel like the lag opening the menus is becoming more noticeable the more I play.
For what it's worth, I'm playing using a 3rd generation iPad without any problems. Loading times are a bit slow (~8 seconds) but the game is definitely playable. I'll probably upgrade with the iPad Air 3 in Fall 2016, but I don't see any reason to upgrade before that.
I failed to mention that it is also a quick way to get high JP and Gold along with the other items you get for crafting. A side effect that I noticed is when I am in lower levels I gain no XP now that I am LVL 20+
@Lymphocyte Thanks for letting us know, man. I was worried about playing it on my ipad4. If it's only about loading times, shouldn't be a prob.
As I've played more, I have noticed some sound effects in battle. They're just less than I expected. But still seem appropriate. So, it's mainly cutscenes that seem dry. Also, the music cues start after you have already transitioned to a new battle or menu. It might transition smoother if the music cues faded to the new one right before going to the new screen. Now, almost finished with the prison, and my only frustration (besides just key card fetching) is that some groups of NPCs only seem to have one dialogue chain no matter who I tap on and some have more. It's just hard to tap accurately on them. I am plying on an iPhone 6 though.
This game is super interesting so far. I'm a big fan of the battle system, EXCEPT I struggle with knowing what all attacks do. I also feel like most bosses I have faced (4ish at this point) fall pretty easily to stun spamming + hippogriff attacks. I feel like my party doesn't really matter, except that they have enough HP to survive the devastating attacks. There is something cool and unique about this game. It feels minimalistic and complex at the same time. I also feel like it chucks money at your face, so even the grind for cash is low. I like this.
Ok I want to apologize if this comes out rude, but this game costs a lot of money comparetivly for iOS games: - Sounds are missing / cut and there is mainly music playing? - The battle(UI) is does a clunky job in combat and a difficult job explaining stuff? - there are bugs which are blocking progression (for which a patch is on the way). Otherwise it has a nice graphic quality and vivid world. Please proof me wrong Wishlisted for now.
I'm in love with this game. A few things could be tweaked and I hope you continue to update, but even as it is it's becoming one of my favorite mobiles RPGs.

Not a big deal, but I like my hand not to hide the beautiful scenery when exploring! A: The team will be looking into it. Q: Why is there no sound during cutscenes? It would add a lot to the atmosphere, even if just from Audioblocks.
