Part of me was really hoping for a response from the dev about the missing content and classes, but I guess my hopes were too high. Leaning towards that refund.
Pocket gamer scored it 7 of 10 Just saying not making a point or any of that crap just saw it and mentioned it. I'm gonna agree with the post should've been 3.99 at launch 8.99 when content gets updated.
Its beautifull but i dont like it It crashed on me more then 10 times , Everything set in a picture i tought it would be more free to move in the game Flying on your mount is cool , but monsters ar too repetitive Missions way too much easy I had too much expectation for this game that my ideal was broken when i played I will finish it and delete it after Doesnt worth 9.99
Say what you will about the state the game is currently in, but plainly stating you received a refund right after you said you planned on finishing the game and then deleting is pretty damn bold. Any game worth finishing is probably worth paying for.
App Store gamers are a diff breed of gamer! And I don't mean that as a good thing either go read some App Store reviews. The one that pisses me off most is a one star rating when the person states they are trying to play it on a non compatible device.
I did not finish the game I just couldn't handle a incomplete state. Especially since all the hype. If they add the content and the other classes I will repurchase. But to pay over 10 dollars for a beta version of a game is not worth it. I hope the dev can pull through and I will repurchase. If the game was sold for 3.99 and a disclaimer more content to come then price goes up I would've been happy with that.
Ya, no, not rlly. Played a partial unfinished game to an unfinished end doesn't constitute playing a full game to the end. $8.99 for a beta, nah don't think that's the same, bro.
Then just delete it. Why bother finishing it to the unfinished end if it makes you so angry that you're a) going to request a refund and b) seek out a place to complain loudly on the Internet. Bro.
Grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter much to me what people do. I understand the complaints and the refund requests totally, I just thought it was brazen to say in one post that they were going to play the game to the end and then delete, and then in the very next post say they got a refund. I bought the game. I've enjoyed what I've played. I am disappointed at the missing content, and hope it arrives sooner rather than later. I'm not requesting a refund, but I understand why others have. I just think requesting a refund basically means being done with the game forever. Long story short: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
To those wanting an immediate response from the company remember in their last post their main office is in Paris and I would say that would mean things are certainly not normal right now. We will hear from them in the meantime let's show some respect. Kobojo's headquarters are located in the very heart of the Latin Quarter in Paris.
Yeah, I'm obviously very sympathetic for them and what has occurred in Paris. But it seems like after the TA review and more concerns were raised on the content issue, they've disappeared. Even on their own forums, it doesn't seem like they are addressing the larger issues. I don't know. But it would be nice to just hear some words of assurance regarding the future of the game, particularly with content and classes.
Whoa so that means everyone who refunded the game can't get it again and can't update their existing app? Well I better be careful about the other games I've refunded as I've used to tell myself I'll rebuy them once all the bugs are fixed. Good thing I'm not refunding Zodiac.
I'm going to purchase this tonight cos i'm a sucker for RPGs and want to support the dev, my exitement level isn't that great for the game as it is in it's current state, i'll still play it, it's only £6.99, one thing i'd like to raise however, is with all this talk of refunds, then repurchase when 'complete' how will the dev ever update if they dont make any money?
