u mean the one that is available for ipod games but not the appstore? the..summoner or something..or u talking about those gba versions
You'd like the SMT series, specifically Persona. Now if something like that was to come to the iDevice..
Goodbye 250+ hours of your life. lmao nothx. What sucks though is that the SMT games didn't do that great in NA, due to Square turning most PS owners into idiot weaboos, with hardons for gigantic swords wielded by little boys. I remember Persona being so goddamned hard, but incredibly fun. I never finished it. I think I had like 60+ hours or something, at like 50%. God, those games are bonkers. I know one of them has Jesus as a boss mob. lol, wtf?
Those are hours spent on a good game. Would rather have 1 solid game than 20 semi-decent games personally. Yea, there is some interesting characters in the series. The first part of the second game (for PSX) has Hitler, which is why it wasn't brought over to the states. ^ ^
For a second I thought I was looking at 'a Link to the Past.' I don't care if I can't read it; I want it now.
I wanted to get a confirmation on this, so I actually dropped an email to Gamevil, and it looks like we're in luck! Here's my original question and the response: [me]"There has been some talk lately on the Touch Arcade forums (specifically, here: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=6748) that Zenonia was being developed for the iPhone. Is there any truth to that? If it's not currently being developed, are there any plans to pursue it in the future? Thanks for your time and any information you can provide." [Gamevil]"Yes this is true and the launch date has not been confirmed yet, but we are targeting the next quarter. Please follow us on twitter: http://twitter.com/gamevil to get the latest updates." All I can say is that I hope the controls are worked out better than the ones for Opal's Quest.
That looks awesome. The person from Gamevil that responded to my other questions was willing to give me a hands on preview of the game at GDC, but sadly I never get to do anything fun in the industry like go to GDC. After seeing that little clip I'm really bummed about that...
this looks great. i love the graphics (even though some dont). plus its got all rpg stuff such as item picking, classes, custom stats. its also got some fun looking fighting even if it is a tad simple. really looking forward to this now. its really the kind of game im looking for.
I'm really keeping my fingers crossed, because this is looking like the kind of game Opal's Quest should have been.
Amazing news!! I simply love SS Baseball, and am pretty assured that this would be just as fun~ @Xgamer1224 After the reply PointOfLight got from Gamevil, why do you think so??
I was a bit puzzled about the App Store comment myself, but I'm gathering his concern about coming out in the U.S. was due to the fact that the text on the game in the video was not in English.
This is going to be a great Action RPG! I cant wait for this game to come out in May. Im so excited this game reminds me of final fantasy crystal chronicles. From what the video looks like. The game has different fighting like styles like single handed or duel wielding and more. That is great because it adds more ways to kick butt. The graphics arent that bad. I wish it was 3D but it still looks good anyways. This is going to be an awsome game when released. It looks like a must buy for Action RPG Fans.
Hmm, Well Gamevil made SS Baseball accessible to the English speaking audience. Although Zenonia clearly requires much more translation, I have my faith in Gamevil doing the same. A simple localization would make them multiples of more money. Why wouldn't they? Btw, whether it's in English or not it still should be in the App Store, right?
Finally.. hope it's the real rpg I've been waiting for. Vay is one, but it's way too old. Inotia and Dungeon&Hero are nowhere like mediocre RPG titles on DS (eg: Magical Starsign).
This game actually looks pretty good. I hope Gamevil releases it for around 5.99 and the controls are playable. Can't wait for the release of this game
