Tough to say really, since Infinity Blade has surprisingly devoured a shit ton of my soul. Infinity Blade Aralon Chaos Rings Modern Combat 2 N.O.V.A. 2 Rimelands Eternal Legacy Max Adventures Battlefield Bad Co. 2 Sentinel 3 Revolt Castlevania Encore of the Night (Yes, I thought it was awesome though I may be the only one hahahaha) 180 Madden 11 Need for Speed: Shift
Angry Birds Not just for being a fun game, but for its broad mainstream appeal. I've overheard parents talking about it in malls, coworkers talking about it, and posters advertising Angry Birds merchandise. Anyone I know who has played a game on their phone knows of this game.
GOTY: Rage HD (don't care what everyone says about it, I love this game! Still hoping for a Dead Space on-rails) Runner up: 1. NFS: Hot Pursuit (bought it while it was on sale.. Fun and addicting arcade racer) 2. Street Fighter IV 3. Spider-Man: Total Mayhem HD
Not counting ports like Phoenix Wright or GTA I would've probably chosen Tilt to Live earlier this year, but Real Racing 2 really impressed me and that's coming from somebody who never jumped on the whole Real Racing 1 bandwagon. And it's not just the graphics, RR2 is just a blast to play. Unlike the disappointing Infinity Blade.
My Top 10: 10. Galaxy on Fire 2 9. NOVA 2 HD 8. tie for different devices: Super Quick Hook / Mirror's Edge for iPad 7. Max Adventures 6. Lego Harry Potter 5. Infinity Blade 4. GTA: Chinatown Wars HD 3. Chaos Rings for iPad 2. Plants vs. Zombies HD 1. Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus HD
Angry Birds, our iPad probably has permanent smear marks on the left side from all the abuse my gf has subjected the slingshot to.
No other game had me hunched over my iPhone so intensely last year. Spider-Man, Dungeon Hunter 2, Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja and Cut The Rope are good runner ups.
FIFA 11...i´ve spent countless hours playing it since it´s out...superb console experience, with innovative controls (tap to pass is genius)
I've spent the most time with Galaxy on Fire 2, almost 15 hours. It's a tie between that and Aralon though, as I had a blast with both.
fruit ninja or tilt to live..possibly helsing's fire or osmos most of the games I've bought this year I've completely forgotten about
Absolutely love Super Quickhook, got quite a few platinum medals Runner up: Game Dev story, Samurai 2, Tilt to live and Street fighter IV
One of my favorite games of the year is Phoenix. I think it deserves more popularity for such a great game.
Wow, it's extremely hard for me to pick one so here's a few: Spider-Man: Total Mayhem Tilt to Live Max Adventure (Best DSS) And I'm sure I left out a lot, There's just way too many great games.
Plants vs. Zombies is my pick, runner-ups would be Max Adventure, Cut the Rope and Spiderman: Total Mayhem.
Agh! I knew I forgot the best one, Plants vs. Zombies. That would have to be my pick too. I loved and still love it. Amazing game.
