I would welcome an iPad dedicated thread. I've been following the "mass" thread for a few months and it's fairly frustrating to have to manually search on each and every recommendation to see if it is universal, or if they have an iPad version available. Since it seems most of the commenters in that thread have iPhone/iPods, it wouild make sense to have a dedicated thread for iPads.
Ok from now just use this thread for ipad game suggestions and questions. Obviously this is unofficial but who cares. Ok another question: best tower defence? And is dungeon defenders good on the ipad? I played it on my friends ipod and couldnt stand the cluttered interface and controls.
And the best open world games? Already have aralon gangstar. Qre there any free roaming racing games?? (like nfs most wanted?)
No free-roam racing games yet sadly. Wish the Midnight Club series would be ported. Definitely some awesome stuff. If you still don't have GTA: CW, it's still the best open-world game in my opinion. It's worth the hefty price tag. Galaxy on Fire 2 is also a good one, along with Warpgate and Ultraviolet Dawn. They're all space shooters/traders. Anyways, get GTA: CW man.
ultraviolet dawn? is that good? I have it, since it was free. I had no idea what kinda game it was when I dl'ed it and so I've never touched it.
Yep got it( had it on ipod) And ipad exclusive platformers?? Or platformers that work better on ipad?? And whats the longest game that you have? One with a massive campaign.
And off topic; 10 apps that can show off the ipad 2 power?? And is there any multi-touch games?? (eliss but on ipad)
I'm pretty sure none of the major sites do ipad specific reviews. They all include ipad reviews, but there is no site that exists or specializes in ipad reviews. You can search reviews here on TA by using ipad tags, and I am sure you can do the same in other sites as well.
And are there any security apps to protect your ipad?? Like antivirus or somethin cause my uncle's ipad got a virus and found its netbank and stuff.
What if instead of asking for suggestions, I just want to read iPad-related posts on that thread without having to go through the iPhone ones? It would be more convenient for iPad users, but the clutter of having a separate thread may or may not be worth it.
It's much better but you steal have to deal with early lines and tons of Chinese nationals here in NYC
