There's no point in arguing with a bunch of kids who are still unable to come up with a decent, smart post that negates anything I've said so far. But then again, it really takes someone with gray matter to prove why Metroid Prime doesn't butt rapes the kids beloved Uncharted 2. What else could you expect from a iPod/iPhone gaming only related forum anyway.

I actually can't believe you just called someone a pretentious, ignorant prick you seem to have a blatant disregard for opinion... Whilst in your opinion Metroid Prime is one of the best, I just don't tend to hear about it as much as many other games from around that time, it doesn't seem to have aged well. Halo 3 is still one of the most played 360 games after years. Halo 3 has brilliant co-op play, competitive multiplayer and an engaging story mode with brilliant set pieces. I have never had extensive play with Metroid Prime, but what I have played never drew me in.
I did say why MP is a drastically better game than U2, and it's because one has vastly superior level design than the other. The response of the kids? But backtracking sux! Now, do you guys want me to elaborate also on why MP is also a better game from a gameplay standpoint? But again, there's no point in arguing with people that are ignorant in the topic. Finally, your Halo 3 example is really bad. That game's good, but no Prime good, and the reason why it is still relevant as you say, is because the great multiplayer mode, which Prime lacks for a good reason.
Since when does being almost 30 qualify me as a kid? And how is Uncharted the "kids" game compared to... Nintendo's Metroid? That game is geared for younger gamers, Uncharted isn't. There's no blood, or bad language, or sexy time in Metroid games. Nobody is arguing that the Prime series are great games, they're arguing that you are stating that it's FACT Prime>Uncharted, when in reality it's just your OPINION, which is one of millions. You yourself have yet to yield any of this proof of fact you speak of where the entire world agrees Metroid Prime 3 is better than Uncharted 2, yet you accuse others of having flat arguments. For every great Prime article you could dig up, there'd be one for Uncharted too. You seem to be the only one acting like a "kid" in this discussion.
Omega-F, are you going to ignore my above post to you? And I'm not defending Uncharted; I've never played it. But I just got Metroid Prime Trilogy last month, and I'm loving it.

Quality over quantity. While I love most of the stuff Nintendo comes out with, the Wii just lost me with it's pathetic game library and lack of a type of Live service. Can't say I'd mind a DS, though
Narrowly. You have to consider profit rather than units sold. The xbox 360 and ps3 cost more than the wii, so selling less doesn't mean all too much. From the looks of it the wii destroyed them in profits and units sold, but not by much in profit.
Your right with the Quality. Although The Wii's Library of games may suck, it does have a list of good gems.
