I was in the same pedicament as you but I upgraded and didn't think that it was worth an extra 7 dolllars. The online play is laggy and people always quit out at the end and there's no compensation for this and also the through passes are crappier. The only pros are graphics and dream team mode which really don't make it good enough for a complete overhaulgh.
