Since things have settled down with the development of other titles like Angry Viper Vicky, Pocket Boxer and Card Shark we are back full steam on World To Conquer. And to show we haven't forgotten we've decided to go ahead and post some new shots of the game. For anyone who's interest might have been peeked, World To Conquer is an upcoming iPhone and iPod Touch turn based strategy game that will take you through an epic story of intrigue and domination as you command a plethora of unique fantasy units. <Update> We're releasing ahead of schedule! Thanks for the kind words It's nice to see some interest even so early on. It's a big part of why we do what we do! We hope to advance things enough in the coming weeks to show you some more of the game. We are really excited about this one considering we kind of started work on it back in 2002... A much different version was a uDevGames prize winner that year.
beta testers The game has been fully playable for some time, but has a few things left to wrap up before it'll be ready to submit. For example, we just got iPad support hooked up this past weekend - the initial release will be a universal build. As Louard and I wrap up development, we'd like to get the game in the hands of some beta testers to make sure we can vet basic ui mechanics and difficulty ramping. For folk interested, please PM me with your deviceid, your device type, and a list of games you've already beta tested, if any. Thanks!
We've got three testers chewing on it right now. If all goes well, it'll be submitted to Apple by the end of this month. Fingers crossed.
That's right folks! We know it's been a while but we're finally only days away from releasing! We'll be making a wider announcement by then but we're still toiling away at some promo stuff, and yes, this includes footage of the game in action ^_^
This looks very nice, love the art style, has something of Asterix about it Is it like a fire emblem type game? or more like advance wars where units are more disposable?
Looks intriguing. I'll definitely be taking a longer look tonight (not available yet in the U.S. store).
Thanks for the interest Fire Emblem VS Advance Wars... Um.. Advance Wars I guess... Your units don't have names and stuff, so ya, more like Advance Wars.
