When I asked the woman who would later become my wife, to be my girlfriend, I did it in front of 300 of our closest friends to her surprise. When I asked her to be my wife, it was just me and her at our favorite cafe. One of the best things I gave her, was finding creative ways to express my love for her.

The best gift I have ever given? Hmm... Probably the ceramic ashtray that I handmade and painted in 1st grade and gave to my non-smoking parents. (Yes, ashtrays in school...it was the 70's ) While there was absolutely nothing fancy about it, it was made all from the heart.
Best gift I have ever given was a new tube amp and a real spring reverb stomp box to my dad to replace his old amplifier (which was fairly deteriorated from me as a kid knocking it over at random intervals just to make the spring reverb crash! )
Best gift I ever got was a handmade frame from my father with a picture of us when I was younger. I'll treasure that forever!!!
