Get in Shape is very useful app! This app helps you to keep your body fit and healthy. More than 30 gym workouts providing with detailed photo, video and audio description for each exercise. Also this app contains many other features such as calorie counter, detailed stats and charts and BMI calculators which are tracking you heart rate, blood sugar, mood. You can find here a lot of readymade workouts for different goals. There is also feature which is help you to choose a goal. If you have some question you can find answer from professional trainers on free Live support - it’s really useful feature. Get in Shape has everything that one would need to track just about anything fitness related.
Some suggestions and some bugs:
- There is a bug when I want to create a new account after changing measurement system some fields such as Name have incorrect information. can you fix it please.
- when I use a feature "Help me to choose a goal" I select data in all sections and everytime it shows that my search didn't find a goal. But I tried a lot of different combinations, tried to change some data and it's again didn't help me to find a goal for me. I think you should add more information in database

Great app!
This is very cool app to be in shape. Perfect intuitive interface. You need to fill out information about you and then choose a goal. There are a lot of efficient diets, over 30 ready-made workouts with detailed description. You can also add your own activities into your plan. This app has some extra features like calorie counter, BMI calculator, live support etc. Very good helpful app! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to lose weight. Definitely worth app for buying!
Some suggestions to improve this app:
- add more languages;
- add some badge or local notifications for noticing me about workouts;
- "Help me to choose a plan" doesn't work properly

Feel the burn

Whether you are just starting out or getting back into fitness this app will help you along the way and keep you on target.

Choose a goal from the many options available and you get a tailored workout for a month which you can rinse, repeat and tweak to your hearts content.

Using this along with Calorie Counter Plus should make it much easier to stick to a diet and track where your weak points are (we all love a bit of snacking).

Their live support will answer any questions you have so feel free to use it before you decide to purchase the premium content. Although the premium content is worth it in my opinion maybe (a) breaking down into smaller options; (b) having a sale on the in-app-purchase or ( c) lowering the price altogether, would be better for some people.

Suggestions:
* Reminders/Alarms which could possibly be put into your main calendar app.
* Easier way to change the start date of current plan.
* Sharing via FB or Twitter is not consistent throughout the app. (My weight I can share on FB or twitter but most everything else is FB only.
* Sharing via Google+ would be a welcome addition for those who aren't on or don't like FB.
* From above possibly an option to export progress to google docs which can be printed and provided for medical reasons or to your personal trainer etc.
* A way to link the meal plan in this with the meal plan/tracker in Calorie Counter Plus. Maybe export your meal data separately to dropbox which you can then import into Calorie Counter Plus.
* Change the <Next> button on the Profile page to <Edit> would make it clear this is where you can edit profile details. Also may be more convenient to move the dropbox option onto the main profile page so it will be easier to find.

All in all this is a great app that I'm using together with Calorie Counter Plus and I'm
already feeling a difference in only a few days. Give it a try, stick with it and you won't regret it.

Get in Shape With This Fresh App

This app looks incredibly fresh! Viaden is known for the polished interface design and powerful functions of their apps. So this is not exactly very surprising to me. However, the app still has some bugs.

The UI looks extremely polished and sophisticated. It's almost like every pixel fell as a tear from an angel. However, the app is not just a beautiful app, it's also useful and very easy to use. It's a good idea to have this app as your personal coach to tell you how to get a healthy diet! The app has a lot of diets (goals) to choose from. And it feels simple to let this app help you achieve your goal. You will get a shopping list, so you will never put an unhealthy food in you basket. The instruction is very detailed (as usual for Viaden apps). You can see your BMI directly from this app and the most happy moment for me is to see my progress. GOALS FINISHED! The app also supports Dropbox sync, which is convenient since I got an iPhone and an iPad.

Some suggestions I'd like to make:

1. If you try to change (edit) your goal, it takes too long to save it. It takes like forever to stop the spinning little white wheel on my iPad. This is really disappointing. And sometimes it crashes too, i.e. editing plan, downloading content for goals.

2. At first I chose a plan, but then I wanted to change it. And I spent half an hour to figure out how to quit the current plan and start a new on. The most confusing part is that you have to tap at the little green "Change" button twice. Weird. I though I only need to tap the green bar once, and when I see it again, I think it will only do the same, i.e. editing the plan, instead of quitting the plan and ask you to change a new plan.

3. I though this app would allow me to achieve different goals at the same time, like your Fitness app. As it turns out, that is not the case in this app. Maybe that model will not work in a diet app, I guess. But I wish I could do that, so I am making a suggestion.

4. I really hope the Dropbox sync can use SSL by default. Please!

Get in Shape Plus is such a delightful and helpful simple app. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to follow a healthy diet!

Another gorgeous and brilliant brand new fitness app from Viaden!
This app is very helpful for peope who wanna stay in shape, covers almost everything about getting In Shape and suits everyone. It mantians the consistently high quality of Viaden apps which're also creative and professional. With fancy and neat graphics also solid control, it gets such easy to use even for new users. I love the new icon so much.
What's more, it's so sweet that this app combines ready-made plans with food plans and workouts within it once a goal is settled. Super convenient and sweet, now my sister won't be puzzled and feeling difficult about making a choice in the numerous ways any more. No worry about the diets 'cause there're so many plans suitable for every one. It helps you to choose what food to eat and how to execercise which keeps you on a healthy and efficient diet, and shape depending on the goal.
Data would also be auto-synchronized between your iDevices without manual control. You also can get more help with the live support service built in app, too. Really makes the life easier and saves a lot. Super love.
Definitely worth its price as a universal app for one buck, what you'll will be far more one buck.
Never miss this awesome app if you're looking for apps to keep sharp!

Beach Body
As summer quickly approaches people start jumping on the latest workout and diet crazes to slim down and look good , but a lot of times they do it in an unhealthy way with Get In Shape Plus the aim is to get your body in shape the right way with the proper foods and activities to get you there in a healthy way.

The app lets you choose from 8 goals that include Cleansing and Beach Body to name a few. You also get the standard functions that Arawella Corporation are famous for such as Detailed stats, Calorie counter, BMI calculator, Shopping lists and live support plus much more

Each goal gives you different plans to choose from and contain a diet plan and activities list to help you achieve that goal

My only problem with this app is that there seems to be a more than average amount of premium content as apposed to their other apps
Also Help me choose seems to be down at present

I think having less premium content would be a step in the right direction also I still think that linking all your different profiles from their apps would be great

Stay healthy and fit with this app!

Get in Shape Plus: effective diets and workouts is a great way to assist in ensuring you stay healthy and fit! It conveniently offers suggestions for diets to ensure that you meet whatever goal you are trying to achieve.

There are also several useful articles to read with helpful advice to achieve certain targets. For example, I did not know that eating too many of a certain fruit may not be good when you're on a diet. I hope that there are regular additions to the articles every month or so as they really are a great read!

However, having used many Apps from Viaden before, I am somewhat disappointed in the lack of content than in their other apps which are simply brilliant. This paid version should really just be a 'lite' version as while the app description advertises many things the app contains, most of it requires a further 'premium subscription' e.g. the live support, calorie counter and many of the diets. I would happily pay a couple of bucks if the paid version just includes the premium content without having to make another purchase.

Furthermore, some of the diets do not seem very realistic, and are really lacking in substance and variety. For example, the cucumber diet to achieve cleansing has the same meal everyday for seven days, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't think anyone would follow this diet if they were really trying to stay healthy. Additionally, some recipes to follow would be nice.

Also, while I find the shopping list to be quite useful,I don't feel as if it is accurate enough. For example, it says that I need to buy 42 x whole grain bread. If that's 42 loaves, then surely that is too much?

Having said all this, I still believe this app will be beneficial to many users. I just hope that the developers take into account some of my suggestions. I think many more people would love to have less premium content in this app, or at least warn them in the description so that they know not all the features come with the app.

This Get in Shape app has many unique features that I really enjoyed. You can choose pre-made diet plans to follow. Once a diet plan is chosen, you can also view a shopping list of the food ingredients you will need, as well as view graphs of your progress.

That being said, the in-app purchases really detract from the app. Less than 1/3 of the diet plans are available for use, the rest must be unlocked through a $5 upgrade. There is also an option to create and individual diet program for a whooping $40. Quite frankly, I am disappointed at the quality and effort that went it to this app, compared to the rest of the fitness apps produced by the developer. This app lacks features such as calorie and body trackers that made their other apps unique and attractive.

Get in Shape is a great idea for a fitness app, and would have been perfect as a paid app for $3.00. However, the many in-app purchases needed to unlock its full content keeps this app from being worthwhile to download.
