The idea has been on my mind since Sandstorm i mean a full Cod game with all of its benefits(big campaing,multiplayer,co-op(maybe)misions,) will be a huge blast on the iphone even for a price like 20$ and i dont care about the size i can tell you that i whant to be big and not compressed maybe something like 500mb or more :D:D:D:D:p:p:p:D:D:D:D

If they were to make a full CoD game, with the campaign, and multiplayer and everything, the file would be much bigger than 500mb probably more around 1GB. Plus with how big the maps are and such, you would need more than 4 people playing for it to be really fun, Gameloft hasn't even been able to pull it off yet. Only person to pull it off is the guy or team of guys that made Toon Warz, which amazes me that Gameloft or some other big company couldn't do it yet.

It won't happen it take time to make games and I doubt they will takethe tome out to make a full game. They already seem line they are having problems making maps or they just taking their sweet ol time. If they are willing to make a good full game then better believe it's gonna be top dollar, ($40+ range) seeing how only one MP map cost $10.

Money = time. If they are making money, they'll take the time. It's that simple.

As I said before, COD: zombies has been a massive hit for them with a small investment. Keep in mind that they can take the assessts from WaW and downscale them for the iPhone; the core engine was already developed for Zombies. The real question is whether such an expansive game could work in any portable platform. Personally I'm not convinced yet, but I look forward for Treyarch and Ideaworks to surprise me.

If Activision can churn out a minigame with one map included, slap a well-known IP on it and sell it for $10 and make literally millions, why would they bother making a fully-fledged game at all?

IMO, the people at Activision are a bunch of greedy SOBs.

It's only $5 dollars for the new map, and it is well worth it. I just got it yesterday and love it, its way better than the first map.

Maybe, but people are buying it, so can you really blame them?

I would say that it is pretty likely actually, multiple sites are rumouring/expecting it to be released on the iPhone. Medal Of Honour: Reboot is also predicted to come to the app store :)

    It's coming

I bet it shows up in the AppStore within the next 6-8 months without any prior notice just like zombies did.

As much as i would want this and how AWESOME it would be, I just couldnt do it. I like my ipod because its got those silly awesome games like addictinggames. Sure they burn a whole in my wallot, but im just not looking forward to a full COD on the iPod. Of course if it had its on dPad and such that would be sick :D

I think on pocketgamer there was a feature on console games that could come to the iPhone, and it that COD7 was going to ship along with the console and PC versions November 2010

Ya just 1 more little part of a game to test out if they could import a full game. Im sure that a MW2 Spec Ops app would instantly shoot to number 1 on the app store :)

I don't know about that. I don't think they're going to release a new game before they finish releasing all the maps for Zombies. And based on Verruckt's release date, I would say it would take about 6 months to finish all the maps. Then maybe 4-5 more months and it would be there in AppStore.
