I also used to (express surprise), but not anymore. Average non-techie people are happy with Yahoo / Internet Explorer / (insert crappy online service). I lost plenty of time trying to convince family / friends to use Firefox -> Chrome / gmail / Dropbox / etc. I even installed some of them in their computers. Teached them how they worked. Waste of time, everytime they returned to ancient bloated software. And all those useless browser bars, ooohh, the pain Don't even try anymore.
