    Hey -

Just curious about other devs experiences here — have you ever decided to remove an app from sale for a reason other than an OS update broke the game completely (and you're not planning on further updates to that app)?

If so, what were the circumstances?

  2. I haven't yet but it has been weighing on my mind for awhile. I have 9 games in the app store, but 98% of my revenue comes from the Cavorite games. So I've been looking at trimming up the portfolio a bit.

Right now, my thought process is to remove games as they become redundant. For example, I'm strongly considering pulling both of my kart racers (which used to be my biggest sellers, btw) when I have a new one come out later this year.

Of course, it depends on your goal. Having a bunch of apps, regardless of sales, are good for the job resume. So while they may not make you a living, they might help you find one. :)
