You must be joking. So..a game with stunning graphics, decent amount of content, fun gameplay, extremely active devs, is a waste of $7? Hmm, interesting.
Minigore definitely didn't turn out the way it should've been, but with the new updates and stuff, I can't say its a bust. Elven Chronicles wasn't a very good RPG, but I wouldn't consider it a bust either. And imo Ravensword and Dungeon Hunter are two of the best games of the year. The one game that I thought truly failed was CJS. There were plenty of mediocre experiences I had with appstore games, but I just couldn't stand CJS.
Touch KO to me this is the "most hyped game that didn't deliver" of 2009. I don't know if there's any more content updates coming but the game was a fail in many ways. I wouldn't say that it was a total failure, but it really at best its a mediocre game that should've been $.99 all along.

I'm gonna go with eliminate too, but just the 1.1 update. I was so excited for it, I bought $30 worth of cells and was ready to level Like crazy when the update released. But after the update, the app was unable to keep a good connection over edge so I stopped playing. Still have about 900 cells on my account.
