Idk about everyone else, but I'm excited about OS 3.0, and I can't wait to download it and sync my iPhone. I'm especially excited about the cut & paste and starlight search, because I know those will be very useful to me. I have the iPhone first gen and I'm pretty sure I won't be upgrading for a while, so no mms for me : (. So is everybody else going to stay up until it's out???
If it's out that late I will grab it in the morning (after paying £5.99...) but before I jump the gun I will check to see if anyone who stays up to buy it finds any early problems with certan apps, last thing I want is to not be able to play real racing until a fix happens.
i am scared of that too....but most apps have already had an update, or will in the next few days...its absolutely necessary they have to
Considering all of the problems I had when I initually downloaded the 2.0 update, I'm gonna hold off for a little bit... plus I really dont feel like going through the process of unjailbreaking, updating, then re-jailbreaking my phone right now
i'll get it this weekend. i'm not too bothered at all to be honest. there's nothing in it that excites me (copy'n'paste doesn't rock my boat). My life wont have been enriched even by a point of a degree when i download it. I'm more looking forward to the anticipated September hardware updates

Right, that's what I wanted to say. One more hint: check their time zones and try to understand why it's out on the 17th in Saudi Arabia and on the 18th in Singapore. I gave you a good hint to guess the release time

Well, in Singapore, thier time is exactly 12 hours after mine (Example: 8:39 AM here, 8:39 PM there). So when it is 12 PM there, it will be the 18th there. And since that it will be 7 PM-ish in Saudia Arabia, it will still be June 17th when it comes out WORLD WIDE.
