I totally feel your pain homie, I haven't used my iPhone in a solid 7 weeks because I got sick of the apple logo. You'd think they would change it up for us once in a while; throw in a bannana or a cherry or something. But no. It's always that damn apple,with one bit taken out of it. Never 2 bites, or a slice taken out. 1 apple.. With 1 bite. It's BS.
Off topic: Hmar9333, were you banned for awhile or go on vacation for a bit? On topic: Yeah they could mix it up a bit (take for instance EA's opening for Shift), but i'm not going to quit wearing Hanes boxer-briefs just because they've had the same logo on the pack for years.
Well yeah, EA is known for doing creative art with their logo on all the games published by them.. I love it.
When I was a kid we were so poor we couldn't afford logos with our games. We either went without, or we sometimes made our own with colored paper and Popsicle sticks. Sometimes as a special treat our father would buy us a logo, but just the logo - no game. So, what I'm saying is just be thankful you have what you have. Them logos don't grow on trees, you know.

LOL!!! Damn that was funny. But to the OP... Companies try to create a strong brand identity with their logo's. One of the ways to build a brand strength is to stick with the same logo for many years. See Apple, HP, Nike etc. When the brand is established a company may decide to deviate but it's not the norm. But as far as not buying their games because you're getting so worked up over their logo? Strange.

i mean i guess you could just not look at your screen for about 10 seconds after you open the app up.... That could be one solution
Those are some of the best reasons for hating any game, not just Gameloft games. Who wants to play a game that's too easy, or too short? And if it "lacks soul" that obviously translates into layman's terms as just not being a very full-featured, original, FUN or finished product, so why would you like those?
I do agree that it could have been more stylized for Nova, however it wont keep me from playing the game. Then again I am not really a big Gameloft fan Hahah, thats awesome man...
Nova, Well it is a tough judgment call, and my no means a easy decision. 10 second of eye-wrenching, gut-scorching, (insert other nonsensical adjective here) logo. Versus 3-6 hours of campaign game play, plus unlimited online, smooth controls, excellent FPS, and mind-blowing graphics. To play or not to play, that is the question. Whether 'tis better in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous logos, Or to take arms against a sea of (graphically generated) aliens Can anyone help me out here? Truly, I am stumped.
