Are old games guaranteed to hang around forever if you lose your Android phone? Are they guaranteed to RUN forever? I don't think avoiding iOS is the way to achieve having more, better games on your device for a longer time. (And removed games ARE still available from iTunes, unless there's some legal/abuse/other reason to pull them completely. You find them under Purchased instead of in the mean store.)
Hey guys, iTunes 12.3 and iOS 9 have made it impossible to transfer apps from your iDevice back to your computer... this is due to the new App Slicing feature: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7218973 People have contacted Apple Support and have been told it's no longer a feature. If you go to File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, nothing will happen. TA should do a story on this... it's a big problem if you have games or apps that aren't synced up to iTunes.
