I would love to see Tomb Raider too. TR III/IV/V would be fantastic.... ahhh... Nostalgia. I think the controls would have to be executed very carefully, as they were quite complex, and the game design was very mechanical. Fingers crossed though...
K some ppl are breaking away from the whole gameloft thing. Lol gameloft does action game knockoffs. So for the guys who said Mario and pokemon....good luck. Again...left 4 dead portable would be ****ing amazing. OH! AND RAINBOW SIX VEGAS!!!!
Of course. About controls: it's not that hard to create good TPP game with camera behind hero back. Gameloft could implement v-pad to move charcter in 8 basic direction and second, invisible stick to move the view. Similar mechanism occurs in N.O.V.A. and You have to admit - it works great. Woah, I can't imagine how happy would I be if TB IV would be relased... :> I have red somewhere information about Splinter Cell coming to iPhone. I wish it is truth.
NOVA is a great example of intuitive game design. I'm sure Gameloft could do it. There is a chance Splinter Cell will come to the iPhone, as Ubisoft who own splinter cell, also own Gameloft.
This would be pretty kickass....but you cant beat Rainbow Six Vegas. Honesltly (not in any order) the best games off all time to me are: -CoD4 -Rainbow Six V2 -Gears of War 2 -Left 4 Dead 2 -Halo 3 (a bit eeehhh on this one....but remembering when I first got a 360....it was god) CoD WaW blows but because of NZ it is a close runner up. And its just me, but MW2 isnt that great.
ok i love fps games on my ipod. the controls are just amazing, much better than even some psp fps games. i just want gameloft to make some completely 3GS optimized game that will only work on 3GSs and iTouch 3rd gens and no other device ( no there should not be a dumbed down version for older devices ). they could make a iphone Fake Crysis or something.

I can't see that happening, that cuts down thier customers and thus thIer profits. I agree I would like a turn based rpg, wether pokemon or final fantasy style. Pokemon might work better as the concept of trading online could bring in a lot more players. Someone said they only do action, but I think gameloft is about profits. And a game like this would mean profits. Besides, they have done rock tour, racing, and sports games. I don't think they limit themselves to one genre.
A knock off i wanna see or maybe even a portable version(if theres any) is maybe perhaps Splinter Cell. They could use the engine in Avatar or something lol. Splinter Cell would be AWSOME!!
