Since the iPhone caused the recent rise in popularity of tower defense and it's now officially an award winning game(though only a VGA award), I think South Park: Lets go tower defense play would be a great game to port over and would finally give us a decent south park game for the iPhones.

hmmm I don't really play, but I bet an Ipod version of Runescape or WOW would be really popular. Probably would be a HUGE file though.
I like the idea of a 3d port of Splintercell, that would be very slick. Or, Half life one or two would be awesome and I think they could fit that on the ipod touch if the dumb down the graphics a tad. Maybe a two part installment. However, I would still LOVE to see the Bioshock come out!
If any developer is listening, have a look at that game called Shufflepuck Cafe from the Atari/Amiga years. I don't think its very famous even if it was a success back in the year. But what is interesting is that it have a HUGE potential on the iPhone with the multi touch screen ! I'll second that. The original Lode Runner goes right up there with Wolfenstein. Gaming on the Apple IIc!
