Good news, mate. MiniSquadron is $2.99 now. Since you'd much rather have paid games than free ones maybe you'll check it out now. I recommend it. Meanwhile, I'm going to continue being childish and taking advantage of good deals when I see them.
So just stfu, go design them BETTER apps and give them to us - for free. Maybe than you're happy? I wonder if you ever have bashed your parents because of giving you an old Dodge Coronet 500 instead of a Pontiac Firebird? I don't think that the meaning or spirit of the Appventcalendar needs another querulous cheapskate.
LOL - yeah (+1). When you're a thankful fan of free apps or apps on sale you are also at publics disgrace...
Ever heard of Christmas sales? its all promo, doesnt mean its bad or anything... i dont see why everyones feelings are getting so hurt if I speak against the All-Giving All-Loving Appvent calender
It's more the way you are saying it and starting a thread saying the games all 'SUXS'. you don't have to be so pompous and condescending to express the fact you weren't wowed with the selection. run your own promotion and choose your own games to give out for free. stop talking so much crap when dev's are handing out their work for free. on christmas and thanksgiving day, i hand out food in the morning to the homeless. some of them don't like cranberry sauce, some don't like yams- but no one says that the whole things sucks, because they have different preferences. you have worse manners than homeless people. hope that sinks in, but i doubt it will because everyone has already said the same thing in as many ways they can think of. how bout this- you got 1 game you seem to really like, Samurai, for FREE. without the appvent calendar you would not have. enjoy that, stop dissing the rest over personal preference, and kindly stfu
I have a feeling Blacksmith will participate their game Plushed here. It wouldn't make sense if they themselves had been inviting other devs to please participate "in the spirit of the season let's share a game to the crowd even just for 24 hours" while they themselves won't put in their game. Imagine how the participating devs who responded to their invitation think. Just a thought. And yes, I am grateful to Blacksmith Games for organizing this in the spirit of the season.
Because you are a snotty brat trying to kick blacksmithgames and some generous devs asses and getting very amused over that? You'll never understand what you did. I really feel sorry for you. It must be hard for you to be such an ignorant fool. Maybe Santa will bring you a nice box of brain cells instead of an iTunes gift card? Would be advised. Get lost, troll.
Multiple tweets by Blacksmith Games posted on their website say: "Reminder: 23rd and 24th NO free games ... something else." The Appvent Calendar itself says "NO Game" on the spots for the 22nd and 23rd. When you click on them it says, "Something." It's not a game. Keep guessing. Here's an idea-- They're going to give us... (drumroll)... ....a bill for all those games they just tricked us into downloading.
The thing on the 23rd and 24th will be... a FREE iPhone for every person who downloaded at least one of the games on the appvent calendar! I wish
At first I thought they would be greatly discounted extremely premium games but they are using "no game" pretty specifically. So I have no idea what it could be. It's hard to not expect something really cool seeing as how it would be expected the last two days being better than the rest. But I really can't think of what they could do
What if it was an announcement that the calendar will continue throughout 2010? That would be so cool.
It would be, but I'm sure that it would cause many apps to lose sales because no one cares about buying a game when you can get another game free everyday.
