I recently got a 64 GB iPad for Christmas (as I'm sure many TA members have), and I have a bit of money to spend on apps. Thing is, the iPad gaming market doesn't seem to have much to offer yet. It's probably because it's the newest device, or maybe it's because I'm overlooking some gems. I'd like to know what apps you already have and which ones you loved the most! Feel free to mention any iPad apps to avoid. Don't want to be wasting my money on duds. Here are a few of my favorites so far: Cut the Rope Word With Friends Pocket Creatures Time Geeks Zen Bound 2 Tap Tap Radiation

Thanks for the list! I've heard Higborn was extremely popular when it came out. Curious what it's about and what you think of it personally.
Your welcome! I got Highborn HD a few days ago (it's on sale for $2.99 down from $4.99 for the holidays) and it has eaten away most of my gaming time on my iPad since. I had the iPhone version but strategy games always play and look much better on the iPad's large screen. I actually recently gotten into the genre and Highborn's great tutorial made it easy to get into. The main goal is to capture your enemy by using the advantage of your players who each have certain strengths and weaknesses. Your enemies also have certain strengths and weakness so that is where the strategy comes into play. You have to get to know the units to take control of the board. There is in-depth information on each monster and hero in storybook format which is a really cool feature. I must add that what initially intrigued me about the game was it's fantastic art style. Luckily the gameplay was just as good! I suggest trying Highborn HD lite. It includes the intuitive tutorial plus actual levels of gameplay so you can see if you definitely like it before you buy the full version. Let me know what you think of it! Here is a good gameplay video review of Highborn HD:
