Hey Forum, I just had an idea and wanted to get some feedback from you guys. here's the idea -- a webapp (similar to appshopper) that focuses on user driven top 10 charts with a front page concept (similar to digg) i know the app store charts are driven by all kinds of contextual data like: -top sales -most downloads -ect but is there any webapp (similar to appshopper) that allows developers to submit their application, and thus have users vote (up or down), comment, ect... as far as appshopper, their biggest weaknesses are: -not able to add promotional videos -or add an RSS section that can access reviews from noteworthy sites provided you link to it, so the user can just click a 'review' tab to see a list of reviews (from noteworthy sites) and be able to read some of the text -they dont have comments -they dont have a front page concept (like digg) -they dont have a related app section (just customers also bought) -ect I guess what im getting at is... would a webapp like digg specifically for iDevice apps be viable? what do you guys think?
yup yup but without the number rating (x/10) just a thumbs up or down and the total amount of thumbs up like digg....
