dont even go there, this discussion has been made a bajiollion ****ing times. JAILBREAKERS ARE NOT NECESSARILY PIRATES. It's stupid for one to make that connection. I have been jailbroken since my first iPod Touch and not once have stolen any apps. So stfu, buy the damn game, and stop assuming shit. Such a noob thing to say, holy baby jesus.....

Once again lets reiterate this. They are not, NOR WOULD THEY EVER (how can you even say that?!!? Really wtf is going through your head?) fix a game to help the PIRATES, they are fixing the game, because there were some issues with jailbroken apps. NOT NECCESARILY MEANING ins*****us....

SORRY FOR THE RANT, but if you continue to think this way, then you are the most uninformed human being in the world..

Hrm, a couple of things that are confusing in your post:

    1. I never said they were pirates.

2: I bet around 70% of the people that have jailbroken iDevices, do not pay for their apps.

3: Yes the dev, stated that there were issues with jailbroken apps, (which distinctly implies that people who had jailbroken devices would have problems)

4: What angers me the most, and obviously you didn't seem to pick up on, is the fact that someone like me who is the PAYING customer get's shafted by the dev, so he/she, can fix problems that would only occur if your jailbroken.

5: It seems to me that "you" are the person that has the problem, all I stated was the fact that "I" thought it was the dumb move on the dev, and that I probably would not be buying the game, that is "my" opinion, yet "you" blew up at me, and completely overacted.

6: I'm trying to get this across, I think it is a stab in the back for people like me, who are the honest paying customer, who is not jailbroken, I don't care if "YOU" will "BUY" the game, around 50% of the people who are jailbroken, will "NOT" be buying it, they will be getting it for free.

Maybe I had this all wrong myself but has anybody ever recorded any statistic on the percentages of jailbroken phones that have pirated apps?

I'd love to have some relatively unbiased third party settle this debate once and for all.

Even when you have a good point, using caps like that makes you seem extremely uninformed and stupid. I was jailbroken for several months and never once pirated, nor did any of my jailbroken friends. On another note, I can't wait for this game and am so glad it's submitted for a final time. I'll be buying first day for sure.

You aren't a paying customer, you are a *potential* paid customer. The dev has no obligation to you and has not stabbed you or anyone in the back by preventing issues for other potential customers.

Fine then, he can go fix bugs, that would only be caused if you were jailbroken, and he won't get my service, I don't think you understand that alot of the people that are jailbroken, WON'T be buying this app.

Has this gone into review yet? I'm excited for it but there hasn't been any news in nearly a week.

A little word from the devs would help. I'm sure it's right around the corner, but....

Give the devs time. We have video and we can tell these are good, committed devs based on Zombie Escape. We'll get there when we get there.

After 283 days orbiting Apple HQ, it has indeed come out.
