fox and abc have made it pretty clear they are not interested in anymore live action comedy shows, none have been too successful as of late. it does seems scrubs is going to return to abc for atleast one more season.
Weeds. Nuff said. I don't know if eppisodes are still running, but buy the seasons. Good show. I don't watch T.V. much, but I buy the DVD's and watch them commercial-free. Thats the way to go. DVR is nice though. T.V. Just never has anything good on it anymore. *Goes back to playing video games*
List of shows that I'll miss due to their cancellation: ABC Life on Mars CBS Eleventh Hour NBC Kings My Name Is Earl And, although I don't watch it at all (not a soaps guy, can't watch tv during the day) it does kinda suck that Guiding Light won't be on the air anymore. I thought it pretty cool that it was that last holdover from the days of radio shows, before they all moved to TV. Kinda like a little slice of history of US entertainment. Also, I love Scrubs as much as the next guy...but I'd rather they just let it go off into the sunset. The finale was a great send off, and the show really centers on J.D. Can't have the show without J.D. as the main character, IMHO.
Yeah, but on the yahoo or aol page where I saw it was canceled the other day, it said that Abc and Fox are both considering(or in negotiations, not sure) to pick up My name is earl
jece are you excited for the arrested development movie? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0901469/ it's a done deal, martin short just talked about, his involvement in the movie recently. I wish the thing was actually filming. Oh well hopefully soon, I know they are still rewriting the script.
Haha I actually have watched Life on Mars almost every week, and it doesn't do anything for me It's always on because I JUST finished Lost and I'm sitting there like HOLY WTF !? *stunned*
really? yeah everybody is signed on. there are supposed to be crap loads of returning characters. carl weathers and all. script is supposed to be amazing, they are editing it to include people that they weren't sure if they could get involved with it.
eh i saw redemption and didn't think it was great just not "24" as we know it the whole backstory could have been explained in all of 30 seconds on television
That's awesome- It'll be hard waiting for this to come out. I'll just have to put "The Final Countdown" on continuous loop on my iPod until the movie comes out
