Did the same for me, but I no longer see the option to buy, so I'm under the assumption that it's failing because it perceives me as trying to buy a second time.
You could always delete, re-download, and then try the button to get all the chapters again. If it fails because you own it then you can use the restore purchases option in the settings.
When I hit "Unlock All" it asks if I want to purchase for $4.99 so it looks like they updated the IAP price
I'm surprised this didn't get more attention. Great production value for a "simple" top down stealth game. Really cool comic art cutscenes!

Glad I got this one before the price changed although feeling a bit guilty. Really looks like a nice game.
