Hi all! I currently own Samsung galaxy tab 7.7 3g+wifi which I love. Recently I got an offer from my friend. His dad came back from EU and got him an ipad. But, it's an ipad 2, white 64 GB wifi only. Now, he is so interested on my tab until he want to trade me his ipad 2 64gb SEALED, haven't been opened yet + $110 + a dinner to my favorite restaurant. Does this seems like a good deal? My tab is a nice size to hold with one hand, and the weight is half of ipad 2, also it can make a phone call (thus fully utilizing apps like viber and whatsapp). However, one that make me even consider the trade is.. the apps.. I just sold my iphone 4 2 days ago so that it can help me fund my photography needs (bought fujifilm x100 with it, lovely camera), and it's just been 2 days but I starting to miss the presence of apple device in my disposal (I got ipod touch 4th gen but it's full of music). Another thing is, I got an ipad 1, but I gave it to my gf 2 weeks ago since I'm not using it at all at home because of the slow multi tabbed browsing experience on it (kept reloading the tab that I put on the background irks me..). Another info, I bought TONS of apps for my ipod touch 3rd gen, then iphone 3g, then ipod touch 4th gen, ipad 1, and finally iphone 4. Without apply device in my hand, I feel those purchases a bit of waste! So, my big question is, if you guys were in my shoes, will you trade your galaxy tab with the super amoled+ display, full phone function, half of the weight, ability to receive+send any files to any device without a pc, expandable micro sd slot, slimmer than ipad 2 FOR an ipad 2 with bigger screen, and APPS? Please kindly help a soul that couldn't make up his mind.. thank you in advance! PS: I am not that interested on the new ipad because of the heat (I'm living in sub tropical country, so its summer eternity here), and the fact that its heavier and thicker than ipad 2, which for me is the limit already for 1 hand reading.
