Critter Defense just went on sale for a buck, I picked that up and noticed that it's not on here. I'll get the details and post them to add to the guide. Unless you're going to pick it up since it's on sale.
I would say all of them! TD is TD, no matter of how old the game is (and BTW: Fieldrunners is the oldest). "The ULTIMATE Tower Defense Guide" should contain EVERY available TD game for the iPhone/iPod Touch.
It's hard work I've got loads down, I guess I'll only update on request now or if another "big" td comes out. Critter Defense is next up, but I'm also leaning towards adding dragonslaughter too. Big update coming up on Friday. Added two new columns and a title.
I don't know anything about DragonSlaughter. But I can fill in quite a few criteria based on app description and TA archives.

I think you should just add the information you know about, and use ? or some other indicator when you don't have all the information yet. Also, what order is this list presented in? It's not alphabetical, and it's not by rating... I think alphabetical would make more sense. I also have a list of Tower Defense games (not as good as yours, but I have more games on the list. That's a much longer list than mine but getting info on all of them is nearly impossible without help. My next additions will be DragonSlaughter, Battle Field, Zombie Attack and Garden War. Most of the TDs I have listed are the most popular ones, and ones that people should seriously consider picking up. Tbh I wouldn't pick up Retro Defense, Circuit Defender, Port Defender, iTD or any of those over the ones I have listed. I guess it's kind of a secondary filter. If it's not on the guide, it's probably not worth looking into. I've played Tap Defense but thought better of adding it since it's free and this is a guide. If you're not sure for a free game you shouldn't need to look at the guide. Just pick it up!
Well, forgive me, but the list is just not there for me since iTD and ZA are my favorite. I'm sure its the same for a lot of people on here. I'm not the first one asking for ZA to be added.
Anyone think there's ever going to be a TD game for this platform with a good number of tower varieties? I got hooked on Warcraft TDs, and anyone who has played them will know it's standard to have at least 4 different races (some have upwards of 10) with about 10 towers each, making them really fun to replay over and over again simply to TRY the different towers; so you can imagine how much you can play them to perfect a strategy for each race. Whereas I've completed the first 2 maps of Fieldrunners and haven't opened it since. Maybe Fieldrunners isn't the shinning example of TD gaming on the i-phone it once was judging by the table in this thread, but none of the others seem to have that many more towers either....
Use my table. Under tower variants, is the number of different towers you can deploy. ElementalMonster TD has the most, but it cheats somewhat by having the same unit for 4 different elements with very slight variations. It still has the most tower choices though.
