I don't get how it could become so popular? I mean if Apple don't change their ways then they'll die just like they nearly did years before the Ipod saved them. Frigging the Itunes store is good enough, even though they don't sell PC games on there which seems like a missed opportunity to get gaming on the mac. However the functionality of the Iphone is the thing that really annoys me. It doesn't have a flash on the camera so if you want to use it at night like the rest of your friends, then you're ****ed. I thought someone would have made a little case for the Iphone that has one attached but no. Using the internet on the Iphone is pointless because the phone doesn't support flash. All my friends mobiles support it and can view video on the net but me. Frigging paid a lot of money on this shitty thing and I can't so something basic as flash video? Frigging to top it off I can't change simple things like text alert sounds. I mean it's pretty basic ****ing stuff Apple, I want to have custom sounds but no anything ****ing custom and Apple treats it as the devil. I mean I want to view my Iphone as a HDD so I can easily transfer files that way but nooooooo I have to deal with the lag crashfest that is Itunes all the time. What a load of ****ing shit.
The Ipod Touch, and Iphone don't have Flash because, Flash is a resource hog. Plus it just makes everything slower. While, yes Flash would enable some kick ass stuff, it's just going to slow down everything.
Well every other phone can handle a simple flash. I mean my old phone from years back had a really nice flash on it and the Iphone is 1000 times more powerful. So I went looking from a frigging case with one and I've seen a lot of concept ones that even have their own battery but Apple wont approve any of them. I wonder why? Maybe because they're greedy twats who'd rather rip the consumer off when they put one in the 4G. Just glad I still can return the PoS and get something better.
So you didn't know that the iPhone camera didn't have a flash before you bought it? Interesting...? By the way, there are a number if Apps that let you use an iPhone as a an (wireless) HDD. There are also a number if PC and Mac applications that do the same thing. Considering all the things an iPhone does do, you seem to have pretty small complaints. Perhaps POS is a bit of an exaggeration?
Wow. Thats like reading the ingredients, then buying the joghurt and then whining that it does not include pizza. Yes, the iPhone is not perfect. But its not that it gets advertised with having a built-in flash or supporting flash websites. In fact, I love that it does not support flash websites. Without clicktoflash, I would die surfing todays websites which are blinking and yelling at me.
Step 1. Find all the flaws of the device. No matter what the device is, it has at least 3 flaws. Step 2. Find a forum for said device, create an account. Step 3. Post a topic pretending to be a customer very upset about the 3 flaws. Pretty basic Troll 101 stuff.
