The gameplay might be the biggest draw here, I like the idea of using one touch controls to swim up and down. Nice tweak of the runner formula. Artwork is a bit simple and faded, and the menus and notifications don't pop out, but maybe that's the video quality. If I were you I'd start promoting this game at different sites like Pocketgamer, SlidetoPlay and Toucharcade, mainly talking about the one touch gameplay and sense of humor.
I just come to this thread because the name grabbed me, for pity's sake don't change the name, your art is fine too. Some of the comments at the head of the thread depressed me too, people like that are the reason the rest of us can't have nice things. Too many games are pandering to individuals with such a pathetically narrow outlook on life that the find the name of this game offensive. One commentator even said the name of the game made him "sick", what!! With all that's going on in the world at the moment an obviously tongue in cheek name for a small game that is meant to entertain makes you sick. Do yourself a favour and don't turn on the TV for the rest of your life. Written on a very bouncy bus so don't crucify me for spelling-grammar.

I was kinda surprised with the initial poor reaction to the name but after some internal debate I decided to keep it anyway and it's great to see that I'm not the only one who thinks that it's a pretty harmless and fun title.

The name is AWESOME!!! It's the reason I even checked out this thread. You have a clever, eye-catching name as the initial hook, then if you back it up with solid gameplay, you're good to go!
