New Unreal Engine game, 'The First Attempt'. Coming from Turkish developer Wish Game Studio, this game looks like a FPS due for release this month. All screenshots, and the fly-overs in the video look fairly high-up, and as the dev has announced on the YouTube comments, it will be top-down. Perhaps dual-stick shooter? There are a few more on the blog, but I got the majority and most are similar.
