TA Forums Game of the Week! (25/Aug)

What the hell brought you to that conclusion? Have you played Contre Jour? It's nothing like World of Goo or Trundle! The graphic style is actually quite common and is not copywrited by the previously mentioned games. The gameplay is way different and is actually a lot more fun. Please, try a game before you start putting it down and calling it a ripoff. Jeez, the arrogance of some people...

 

+1. Try Contre Jour first, it's nothing like WoG and what's Trundle? Anyway the game deserves GOTW, but so does many other game too

 

I voted for Contre Jour and EDGE Extended, but the more i play the last one the more i like it, so my only vote goes to EDGE Extended

Its a very goodplatformer with some Limbo elements on it. Trundle has a free version, and theres also Trundle Unlimited for 2$. Its actually good

 

+1 from me too. Contre Jour is a fantastic game. It may borrow a little from other games, but isn't just about every game influenced either graphically or gameplay wise from something? It's not like World of Goo or Trundle. If anything, it's got a little in common with Cut the Rope, but it's definately in a league of its own. And IMO better than any of the aformentioned games. It's got my vote for game of the week.

I nominate Spy Mouse and Sprinkle. Contre Jour hasn't really taken with me.

I can't decide on sprinkle or contre jour but I'm goona go with contre jour because I have played farther into it
