Well, see how addiciting games can be when I'm surfing TA instead of sending out resumes..... Anyone in the Bay Area, CA area that has job openings in their company? I have four years of Business management (development, marketing, operations) Thanks!
I was unfortunately kind of thinking the same thing... And to the OP, I don't think you are going to find much on TA ^.^
Something isn't adding up here. If you just made your last company $700k, why would you be looking for a new job at all? Wouldn't they want to keep you on? Furthermore, if you have that kind of earning potential, wouldn't you have headhunters looking for you, not the other way around? Something is fishy here.
I quit my last job, cos my boss took away all my commission (more than half my pay) cos I was doing so well, he decided I would fight for more....transferred me to wholesale and gave me an impossible quota (industry-wise) which resets every months.....long story......I'm finally trying to get into the gaming and computer industry. And it takes persistence and passion to know more people in this field.
why is everyone so negative, can't people get bored from sending resumes for the past 3 weeks and want to join a gaming community becuase this is my interest? Now this is really getting insulting... i guess "FavoriteIGames" causes this, versus if I had used my other username "Acuramimi" which is on acurazine and stuff like that
Forget it, if your company decides cut your paycheck in half, I don't think you would be very happy!!! Especially when they didn't talk to you about it and one day in a meeting "sorry your going to be transferred and everything has to start from scratch" and the offer of my position was "accumulated client base + comm" no cap
