most people don't want to do the extra work, they just want a freebie. This is further supported by this guy ^ btw giving out their UDID does not compromise security
My suggestion would be to repost this in the general game discussion section or in the upcoming games section with the title "Reviewers/Beta Testers Wanted for iPharoah". That way you get the attention of people who like to beta test. They will know their UDID (which is not a security risk), and they are much more likely to give honest detailed feedback and reviews for you.
