It's actually good that you also posted. You mentioned a lot of things that I didn't. It's tough trying to put things down into writing.
You can cancel your blocked seismo into a burn kick, a seismo, an ex-seismo, a focus attack, or a plain superjump forward/back. ... sssshhhh ... but you can also super-jump-cancel your cr.K or df+P cr.P ... into instant air flame kicks, or into Ultras .. which means, yes, you can combo Viper's Ultra. I think her invincibility on heavy TK is very very short, maybe 2 frames? .. you need to TK very very late, and the spacing is tricky.
Yes, her invincibility for H. TK is short. BUT ALL THE FREAKING ARMOR BREAKING MOVES! They make me rage, sometimes. But it's OK. Your blocked Seismo can cancel into any move, I think... not sure, though. At least, it works with all specials, if I recall correctly.
A good corner combo that involves the ultra -- df+P > EX Seismo, don't super-jump-cancel, mash SP to get medium thunder knuckle, then Ultra. Guaranteed to connect, less finicky with timing/spacing (compared with df+P > EX Seismo > SJC > Air Burn Kick > Ultra)
Yo mooken, Felix, Vaceotyn you guys are the best a lot of tech was found in training mode due to the information you just gave me. Viper being able to combo into ultra off her normals is too sick!! Too bad her normals suck. But guys if you really wanna see how cheap Sagat is watch my latest replay.
Once I figure out how to effecively handle fireball spammers, I'll take my Gief into ranked. I think I'm competent enough to do well with him. I have a lot to learn, but I'll learn by fighting. I've won almost every match with him today except against spammers. The lowest life forms keep defeating me. I'm not okay with that.
Haha. You got hit both times with uppercut kick ultra combo. I hop up and down trying to bait their FADC uppercut. Just block. The worst that could happen is they throw you. Let them waste their meter and take your revenge.
Sometimes you just take the hits. Double Lariat through them, cuz you can move slowly while DLing. You can green-hand them. Focus Dash if you'd like.
Lol the hop up and down thing is what I was doing the first game, he caught on and started tigerkneeing/fireballing me out the air. Did you see the end though that hitbox on his standing kick is BS!
Try to get some friendlies in with cyrus, he would do it and i bet it would help your game out to spar with a beast. Edit: Or watch his fights. I just watched some awesome recent uploads awhile ago of him handling a Bison and a ChunLi like ragdolls..

Sagat has an advantage over Viper. Cammy is 5-5 against Sagat IMO. Blasphemous you say but true. Try your Cammy next time and see if you have an easier time.
Viper def has to dance in-and-out, from super-close to super-far, to take on Sagat. Superjump over tiger shots and get in a Jump P > Burn Kick, then dance back out of range. You can definitely pressure with a lot of instant air burn kicks and lowkick > medium TKs. You can even trade Tiger Shots for Seismos, and still come ahead. Just gotta be aware of the Tiger UC > FADC > high kick > Ultra, or even just a straight Ultra.
Felix. Fought a 3k Korean Bison and uploaded replays. Wanted to show you why I use jump kick spiral arrow combo instead of the low kick in between. The guy likes to focus a lot so after hitting him with the jump kick, the spiral arrow comes out very fast. Just wanted to show you I'm not a complete scrub
I never said that you're a scrub! Far from it! I was actually in a match earlier and understood why you Jump Kick - Special. Don't worry about it, OK? Going to watch the replays anyway, though.
Wanna get good against Sagat. Play Berserk. He is a 4k Sagat who is using Bison now. He's still a 4k Sagat though After playing him, 30% of my BP comes from arrogant Sagat users who think they can pick on poor Cammy
