I hate those guys. The focus attacks will usually work once or twice, then they'll start jumping behind you or just not getting near you (herp derp trickery). The uppercuts have to be perfect, or you'll pay for it. All in all, I think Vega is the most boring opponent in Volt. YMMV.

I basically just want to be able to pull my save and when I upgrade my firmware, just put it back onto the phone using iPhoneExplorer or something so I don't have to do EVERYTHING all over again and start back at 0. Does Capcom have some kind of thing in place to keep people from tampering with their saves? I don't play console SF4, but in Volt, I hardly see how turtling and running the clock down is an effective strategy. The ones that just sit there and wait for me to come to them usually get stomped because it means you (or I anyway) have all the time in the world to plan things out. To be honest, I really haven't played Blanka seriously since Hyper Fighting to be exact, (I played him a bit in Super Turbo, but not much) so it's possible that his metagame has changed, but from what I can see in Volt, his most effective strategy is confusing the opponent and beating him quick. And after watching a few of your own replays, I can tell you that YOU yourself play more effectively when you're giving the opponent less space and thus less time to think. The match you played against KPZ Quicko's Ryu was a case in point. You only started losing momentum when you backed off, but when you were on him, he didn't know what to do, and that goes for all the other replays I watched.
Like apprunner said, ive actually been saying cammy is top tier for a while. But not s-tier. Nullroars exaggerating because he hates the cammy matchup, i get that. I used to bitch about guile and zangief all the time and how bullshit they were. But seriously nullroar, spiral arrow is safe? Try playing cammy against a good guile and see how you go.

Oh, I played the whole bunch. I played Cammy, Yun, and Sakura. As expected, I played horribly with each of them.
Well one things is for sure, Felix's cammy has 9 lives that chick just wont F'n die! I swear I had her at pixels with not even a sliver of health. Yet she would somehow make a comeback. Alltogether though, I'd say Felix's is more aggresive then yours alot more aggressive. Ge also likes to use EX bar for EX moves more than Canon Spike FADC and it works well for him. He's also the only cammy besides myself to use the EX Canon drill crossup in the corner. Final thoughts: Felix's cammy is more of a rush down so hard, I wont let you breath playstyle. Apprunner's cammy is a very calculating character that puts you in guessing games where if you guess wrong you suffer heavy. Apprunner's is alot more troublesome and IMO better. But Give Felix time...scary!
Docta, the best way to do this, is upgrade your firmware via itunes and let it do the complete restore, then jailbreak, then dload all apps and things again, all app data should be saved. If you copy the entire documents folder, the game will likely crash.. I haven't found the conflicting file, I know if your upgrading firmware it will crash by just copying documents folder. Capcom did implment security in their files, but some asshole leaked the offsets so now people are running around with hacked cards (before you just needed notepad) feel free to PM me if you want more info... I don't want to post too much on the web about this, ruin the experience just becuase someone knows how to use google well and finds some posts.... haha
herp derpa tricks? I call that good planning, after I get a vega with 3 FA dash and standing kick, they better freaken start faking the attack and keep distance... But, once they do that I usually catch them too... lol Honestly, run away playing is very frustrating and annoying, you just need to find the strategy that works for them, they typically keep doing the same thing over and over so bait them and punish once they repeat. I think in posts back you were making the comment about fighting gief and fireballs here and there and teleporting.... thats same strategy.... try on Cyrus, he won't let you get away with that at all..
In friendlies it's not that big of a deal becuase you have nothing to lose. In ranked though, it's critical to have a good connection when playing blanka versus cammy. Playing other characters with lag sucks but not to the same degree as playing a cammy. In my mind she only has one move and if you can't punish that one move then the game is already over.
Blanka is a horrible matchup for Dhalsim. He's just so damn fast and in your face which works well against Dhalsim. He also seems to have high damage output and high stamina.
