We've got a slew of excellent Guile players here if you're looking for some coaching .. and a few of them are trying to put together some training guides. DoctaMario, rshkhsee, slrc_91, HarlequinRogue, and plenty that I feel awful about forgetting at the moment. We had a huge Guile discussion re: his combos, and the best use of his meter, a little while back. Maybe 3 wks back? Along with a bunch of interesting combos with him. As for Ken, I don't know anyone that mains him, possibly YoungDreamer might be the closest. His mid-air hurricane kick, it connects, will let you combo with an ultra, regardless of whether you hit your opponent in the air or on the ground. Doesn't work with his on-the-ground hurricane kick though.
Agreed. As for Snooper, I sent him a PM telling him the fix for Battle Network after a re-install (are you sure it was Beeline that fixed yours?). He hasn't responded and we're dropping members quickly so it's becoming a lost cause sadly. If he does check, we can transfer the leadership and boot out 10 players easy, if not more. But there are some players that said they were inadvertantly banned from the regular TA team. The other issue is that players don't want to leave their trophies and, really, have just kind of gotten attached to the team they're on. This is the biggest thing that's stopping me from switching. Having the site name on the rankings gives us so much more visibility than just having it in our sigs. I love that people see the name and seek out the site to join the discussion.
Based on his card, since I don't have a vivid memory of him, he seems mediocre. It was probably just boredom and/or an off day for you.
I like your attitude. Who the hell cares about BP I'm trying to get to 4k now in ranked because it amuses me to and the Cammy marathon hasn't started yet. I'll tell you that once it starts, all of ranked will see me at one point or another I will also guarantee my BP will fluctuate like an internet company stock
OK, then. You have all been un-aware of my Ken knowledge, it seems. BEHOLD! (A lot of these are already known; some aren't [please also note that this is not all]) Hit an opponent with your final hit of your shoryuken while they're in the air, and you can combo into Shinryuken (in the corner). A Shinryuken after Shoryureppa is always recommended! Never use Target Combo 1! Crouching Hard Punch is infinitely better! The first hit of Tatsumaki Senpukyaku is Super and FADC cancel-able! Ken's BnB in here is Cr. HP - Shoryuken! It does 310 damage! EX Tatsumaki Senpukyaku changes your trajectory in the air! Your can do EX/Tatsumaki Senpukyaku - Ultra/Shoryuken/Shoryuken - Shoryureppa - Ultra! His thunder kick is combo-able on counter hit! It is also a very good poke! His Jumping Kick is a decent cross up move! His EX Hadoken is one of the fastest projectiles!

I guess we are both mature people I find out that when I care less about bp, I can enjoy the fight better and perform better because less nervous I guess.
You know whats funny...i once was delusional about being able to compete with the best but after getting trounced by TenOneZ, SLRC, Cyrus, and NYC Chinatown, i realize that I cannot compete with them. When I play most people, after 2-3 matches, I actually start to get better with the matchup and compete more effectively. When I play the above mentioned, they adjust faster and improve faster than I do. AFter match 5, they start to pull away and I can't even get a round in BP is fake. I can get to 4k and maintain 3.5k but I don't see those guys online most of the time. They are the true 4k fighters along with some of the others on the forums but I consider myself a 3k fighter at best
I *HATE* cammys. 4/4 tonight - 4 opponents, 4 cammys. Something always happens - my crouching fierce punch will auto-correct too slowly during a DP punish and the cammy gets a free counter, I'll elec by accident (I mash upball, afraid it won't register, so I do an elec that gets stuffed), they'll walk up and throw and i'll try to tech it and it won't register... Every time I win it's by like 4 hp and I'm huffing and puffing .
2 ideas for your little problem about the team and names: 1.- Join AC and use the white globe on the card for a longer message. People use to check the cards to know some things like win streak, win ratio, etc... (specially when you face someone on friendlies). 2.- Send direct invitations to the forum throught GC.
If we're going to continue migrating, additional active players that need to move should include Ken Ken, TenOnez, Justgodude, rshkhsee, Nullroar and fastbridge. I can't remember who TooFattoRun is, but I thought he posted here. Also, is the DROQQA account on TA a dead account? Based on fffan's post, maybe Inferno can make the move, although he doesn't appear to be a regular. Am I missing anyone?
Losing to cammy *IS* pretty simple. I just use any move other than ex upball. Pretty much every move of hers beats out every move of mine other than that.
The DROQQA on touch arcade should have been removed, but stayed due to a glitch. I'm on accent core now.
