From beating noobs like me. Nash, im using Fei. When he teleports is there only one spot he can teleport to? Or can he teleport wherever he wants? This information alone can help me punish where hes going to be.
Viper has lower health but super agility. Learn to use her super-jumps a lot. Use upforward+SP instead of back+SP to launch her flame kick. lowkick > ground thunder (SP) is a useful, easy combo. She works best when she's aggressive and always attacking.
And remember that if your opponent is relentless on your wakeup, use EX Burning Kick. Super awesome, it is.
EX Burning Kick on wake-up in wonderful, but it gets you in trouble if your opponent decides to suddenly duck. Even on-block, it's sometimes punishable.
If he's in the corner he will want to get out. In that situation watch for the teleport right behind you. When he does, punish him with standing punch -> rekkas.

A world full of nothing other than Profound Sadness. If he thinks Ranked isn't worth it now, he should definitely try getting to 4K. All fun is gone and it's all survival at that point.... The horror... The horror... The battle TOWARDS 4k is already not worth it. The RQs ramp up and those tough wins net a nice 1 BP. Yay! At that point, if your opponent doesn't have at least 2.2k, you're not getting anything. Heck, even with 2.2k, you're lucky to get 8 BP. I wish we got more BPs for wins so we could at least get to the 10k range, legit. Oh well.
New TeamArcade.com formation? I'm not sure, but I couldn't help but remember coming across a post concerning a possible new team formation. If it's being implemented, it might motivate me to begin playing ranked matches. I'm also tuning out Sagat and Ken, now putting forth my efforts into an unstoppable Bison fighter!
It might sound critical, but it is not because I am bloody proud of myself or put the other players in shame or anything, just thoughts.. I think he might be a moderate RQter though. Not for sure. I watched his replays (his wins by him uploading) and didn't really think he's that good He is calm and plays it nicely though not the skill of 3600BP player. But yeah, competition is always good indeed!
