Police is really good. To be fair, he hasn't quit when i've beat him...of course he's beaten me waaay more times so maybe he's being more charitable to me When i first played Volt, the two scariest players i faced were Police and Ken Ken. Not much as changed

Good news, I think Bin and Apple are finally cutted out from the Ranking. Those two are just gone from the Ranking page. I am sure they existed at the very beginning of this week but now they are gone. By the way, why there two "Police Vietnam" on the Ranking lol....
One is the Guile player that's actually pretty good (and he's a police officer in vietnam). The other is his buddy, and uses Sagat, and isn't very good, but likes sharing the name. Very strange.
Vietnam must be the most peaceful country in the world since he logs in a insane amount of matches. I like that he had his own Bison troll POLICE.VIETNAM I wish I had one
I think that this time, it's actually PV with two different accounts. They have almost identical (obviously fake) records and both use Guile 99% of the time. Maybe it will be enough to get him booted from the rankings since that was something that got Capcom's attention in the past.

He already 'cloned' his own account and managed to change the name of one of those. If you check his numbers the only thing that doesn't change is the lose ratio. Maybe he thinks that the new tourney will determinate the best character on the rank (the highest Yun on the rank, the highest Sagat on the rank, etc.). That POLICE.VIETNAM is an account of his friend (according to his words). He added me in the past as POLICE.VIETNAM. When Police was banned by the first time when he reaches No. 1 rank, POLICE change the GC into M.Bison. Then he changes the GC again into M.Cuong.
