I have had text covering my life bar in many occasions during the last few Ranked matches...
I ran into -40C(F)'s Blanka a few times lately and all losses on my side. We play at least 2-5 sets every time we meet.

Also, I ran into a +3500BP player who's somewhat active on TA. We played 3 sets 1-1 after 2. I won the 3rd and he rage quit....

That might tell the story... I will get back to 3300BP eventually. BP doesn't tell the whole story ;)

Squall, or anyone else who has gone through this process, do you have any advice on how to do it properly? I deleted and re-installed the game yesterday after going on tilt. Was hoping a fresh start would be good for the soul. :D I am now in the same position as Felix and want to be back contributing to the TA team. I'm not thrilled about losing my friends list and all that stuff, but at least I can simply re-add people, assuming it's not a ridiculously tedious process.

Have you tried deleting your cookies by going Settings -> Safari -> Clear Cookies and Data? This might do it, I read that someone did that and it started working.

Oh, and don't forget to allow cookies if it's not already.

I completely agree. BTW, BP is really easy to get. I can swing from 2700 to 3500 in a day depending on how many little "runs" I get. A lot has to do with mix of fights. Lots of shotos who turtle will kill my BP while if I get a ton of Blankas and Bisons, it gets up there pretty quickly. Ironically, I completely suck against Cammy :D

Yea, sounds good. I didn't see that you edited your message until now. Just send me an invite, and let's hope your mother does not scold you.

For some reason I thought it was around 20:00 for you, did my math wrong.

the only thing you need to do is going to settings->Safari->Delete cookies, then once you go back the the battle network website from the app. you will be asked to start over from the begining. you'll need to create a new team then leave it and rejoin TA team, your old profile will still be there for about a week, then it will disappear. at least, that's what happened to me.

So tired of no skill Sagats beating me. The fights go something like this:

Me: (everything connects) combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo, combo,

Sagat: Block, ankle kick, herp derp into Ultra, I win

All you gotta do is keep dodging their fireballs, if they're fireball spammers. If you've got a fireball character, occasionally send a fireball back at them. They'll eventually come after you, and you can return fire.

If they're not, just remember that in some cases (or all, don't know which), Sagat's Cr. MK, Tiger Knee is not a true blockstring, so you can return with a Shoryuken or something.

Fireballs aren't an issue at all. I main Akuma and he can out fireball anybody with ease. The problem is Sagat's strength, speed, and range combined with my low health. If he knows how to use Sagat at all, he just needs to get a little lucky and it's all over. Akuma can only take a few hits from him and with Sagat's range and speed, it's not too hard to get hits in.

I can hit him plenty, but he only needs to get in some lucky shots to end me.

It's just annoying, is all. I lose to him all the time for stupid reasons.

Chun has a pretty tough time against Sagat. Esp his accursed jump kick.

Huh... I find it hard to get into an Akuma's defense with Sagat. Although, I find it pretty easy to stay in there once I get a hit in... hmm.

Strange, I'm the opposite. I can get to him pretty easily, especially if he fireballs a lot. Once I'm close, he just has to start with those kicks and the match is practically over, especially if he knows that combo that juggles you into an Ultra. One of those and Akuma is about destroyed.

    Edit:

Argh, I keep reading posts incorrectly then responding. I thought you said you have a hard time playing against Sagat, not the other way around. I don't take the defensive approach most Akumas take. Personally, I think that's a very cowardly (and extremely boring) way of playing. I have a very hard time catching an Akuma that runs away all the time. No matter their skill level, that running away strategy is very effective against me. It gets on my nerves and I eventually screw up.

I don't have a whole lot of respect for people that bore their opponent into losing. I would rather not play at all than play against somebody who runs and hopes I get bored and mess up. Sure it works, but why would anybody want to put up with that? The point of this is to have fun.

Unfortunately that did not do the trick, assuming I did it right. It sucks, but I'll get over having to start a whole new GC account if that's what it takes.
