Well, I'm afraid you can't play against foreign country players. The reason why there are some players not from Japan in ranking is because they changed the language setting into Japanese (then you can go to Japanese server as well, opposite will work too). You can still play against me though, I have got both of SF4Volt on my iPod ! If you didn't quite understand what I am talking about, I'll talk you in Japanese People in here are mostly lovely, understanding, and respectful to each others. They won't hate us for talking in Japanese! lol
Not gonna play this tarded game anymore. Vega is way too overpowered.. I ragequited one, he just spammed the air claw attack, i cant anti air it, block it or dash away from it. Crap game. Console version is five hundred times better. Btw Vega player come meet me on the consoles i gonna own you with Dan.

Hmmm... Wrong. With Guile you can counter the Flying Barcelona Attack with Flash Kicks. If you can't charge, just walk a few steps and do the sweep (probably you won't hit, but you won't get hit to).
What character are you using? Every character has some answer to flying barcelona attack. Vegas actaully a pretty bad character.....
Wow. Never thought I'd hear anyone rage about Vega. I'd like to rage about Zangief or the crazy Balrog headbutt or the crazy Zonk whatever...
Ive had 2 major rages so far. One was at nullroar for playing a really lame akuma when i was playing chun and the other was at slrc_91 for playing a really lame guile. Zangiefs still a pain but guile is just, eugh (no offense guile players )
Was it me you RQed on? Ive played some today and I am doing crappy.. Somehow my Claw is feeling like a novice and i resorted to just flying around during a couple matches. He sure isnt overpowered... Also: A nice move with Guile is to time a fierce uppercut against Barcelona Attack, and that usually puts you close enough to take one step in for a perfect plex..
Sorry for raging so much bad day. Btw i ragequit lame players. That Vega would propably ragequit me if i won like every other spammer. I think he got the win tho cause i closed the app after the screen changed to win. Yes he did get the win so i dont think it is rq I played Fei and i couldnt beat that izuna thingie with flame kick so i picked up Balrog and i tried to do buffalo but nope nothing ever came out even if i charged for like five seconds. So for the tenth time i deleted the app. Guess ill stick with Guile instead of raging. Felt like Daigo himself played Vega. The thing is whenever he did that attack i changed position making Fei miss flame kick, Balrog reload charge and block oddly enough didnt work well, i got hit all the time cause of the position swap. oh yeah did lariat on Zangief as anti air, got hit 90% of the times even if timed "perfectly". If i played Guile, i dont think i could beat him cause due to the position swap i would miss my anti air:/ Akuma or Dhalsim would propably be a good fight tho. Sometimes i wish they added Dan. The ex shoryuken is so beautifull:/ I played Akuma a lil too, i met way too many Akumas tho.. Lol i beat the crap out of another Akuma, he used random anti air ultra and took me from 95% to 10% life, i hate that charge have levels>< Bah guess its time to dl the game again and main Dhalsim. Atleast he can punish most lame spammers.
Vega is someone really easy to deal with, you just have to wait and then, when he does the flying barcelona attack, you can just time it and counter it with a normal punch in the air.
Fei Long can easily punish flying barcelona on block with rekkas. You probably could get him with a well timed flame kick, but it's probably best to just block high and go for rekkas when he lands. Balrog can also punish it with headbutt. You just have to wait to see what side he's gonna land on and the headbutt will beat the flying attack.
