I just think with everyone one getting nerfed pretty bad maybe ryu got the least. Idk but since update my ryu is winning a little more often. Maybe some friendliest later snooper??

I haven't really had time to do in-depth character testing since the update. I hope akuma hasn't been nerfed too terribly - I never really thought he was "S" tier in this game simply due to autoblock nullifying his vortex game and the magical 1-button ultra effect on a character with the lowest hp in the game. I'll definitely check out training later though and we'll see what I find.

Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel If divekicks were this easy to combo from, she had her jumping lk, she had her close mp, far hard hard kick, her fancy new ae links and there was no autoblock then she would be insane! I guess you could kind of say 'what if' for most characters though, especially yun and cody....
OMG! 4 matches in a row that were so laggy it wouldve taken 10 minutes per round, so i quit at the start and I lost about 100 bp after the 4th one! i know that its neccessary to stop quitters, but there should be some sort of mutual quit thing where neither player loses bp or gets a ranked disconnect on their card.
The cody on the japanese server must be doing something right with those zonk knuckles so maybe he should be top for the C tier. Yun might be a little high. Sure his dmg output on regular moves has been buffed but it doesn't seen to be enough. Zangief could easy be in the A+ tier due to the riduculous amount of damage he does with the spd and his ultra. The last one I think really stands out is akuma, but I might be really biased on this one since its an easy matchup for bison as well as his quality being watered down since so many scrubs use him. The huge reason why I stopped using him is because his stamina was unbearable. If it were 950, then I see him fit where he is but I see him between zangief and ryu in the list. As for me not updating the tournament info, I'm aware that this round is over and the match for third place should be up. Something that takes less than 2 minutes on the laptop takes over 15 minutes on the iDevice. When i have the time, I'll get to it. I forgot to send PMs for the last round too since everything was rushed.

To be honest I think that akuma has the potential to be the best chracter in the game, its just that most of the people who use him are scrubs who like him because hes a demon. If someone really put some time into learning mixups and matchups I think he'd rival sagat, but for now I'll leave him where he is.

The last sentence is sooo true. We must bare it since it's an iPhone app but I still do understand that feeling, anyway capcom at least should take auto-block off. And I think the top Cammy is the player called "Sako" he is the best I think. If you knew don't worry!
played a bit with cammy on grueling arcade, well playing with cammy is bisons hobby, and have to say she is really cool char. i can see why she sucks vs gief and guile but still quite powerful.

I totally agree that 'easy to use does not mean easy to win'. It's better to define 'high/low tier' well before we make that list. I take this compliment.. nah, i did really encounter a very good Akuma but i forgot his GC ID... But you ragequit me for the most of the times, which doesn't make me happy so I decided to disconnect every time when I saw you until these days and just wanna see if you will still ragequit when your hp bar getting to 0. yeah, you've been progressing with your skills, but your attitude/sportsmanship shows nothing to me. We are here to chase for being progress and modestly accept/discuss peoples' comments, not coming here and saying 'I beat you', 'victories belongs to me' or something arrogant language like that; C'mon, be mature! remember last time when you ragequitted me, the message I sent to you?
