He was without a doubt in the top 5 chars, and still is. Psycho crushee (ex and normal) also received small damage nerfs. The true nerfs will be frame things, like guiles sweep being punishable and apparently tiger knee being unsafe from certain ranges.

Haha. I don't really belong that high in the ranking list. As I mentioned before, the only reason I got to 3700 BP was because I won a couple matches against a BP hacker and gained a lot of BP from just 2 matches. That and I haven't played ranked a long while, so I've been sitting at 3700. I'll probably start playing more ranked now though. On another note, Viper can now punish Honda headbutts on block with medium thunder knuckle (can also cr. kick or sweep if within range) but unlike before, headbutt now trades with med. thunder knuckle if you try to counter it. Some other characters can probably punish headbutts now also, just haven't tried yet.
I have to disagree. Before, Guile can just throw that kick out as he pleases, but now he has to be a bit more careful about it, as it should be. Perhaps I'm being bias, but I thought that sweep was unfair.

What's the difference (as far as button input) between this move and the overhead chop? Is it simply how far away he is? I don't use Akuma so I don't know what else is important.
But isn't that how the move's always been? I'd rather them replace it with something else personally. Between this and slowing down ex SB, that really weakens him. And I'm kind of used to fighting Guiles so I don't get caught by the double sweep very often. But it definitely catches a lot of people for being a bit impatient.
Yes yes yes cammy can spiral arrow. Also sagats knee isnt anywhere near as safe on block. In the old version yun couldnt punish a double hit tiger knee with upkicks (had to do low punch-upkicks or something), now he can punish a 1 hit tiger knee with upkicks. Yay
Put the damage down i you want and ill check. I wouldnt be surprised if teleport was somehow nerfed, probably nerfed his jumping punch as well
Yep, I was used to punishing that sweep on consoles just by reflex. On volt, my reflex worked against me.
@Snooper if team is for specific ta members than please say that before other people join and then you won't have to kick them.
So more space is unlocked with more BP? How does this work? If there's not enough space, then we can get 2-3 groups going? ex. TouchArcade2, TouchArcade3
If they nerf teleport then he's done. He's got enough weaknesses that the teleport makes up for but without the element of surprise he's a very weak character I think. Whatever you can do would be very appreciated. Jumping punch: 100 Standing punch: 90 Crouching punch: 70 Jumping kick: 100 Standing kick: 95 Crouching kick: 60 Knee: 110 Fireball: 70 Flame: 100 Slide: 100 Spear: 60 Noogie: 150 Ultra: 300 Super: 350 Ultra + Super: 565 I always knew his ultra was on the weak end but never knew it was that weak. His ultra -> super combo isn't much more than Sagat's ultra alone.
