Nice fights DARKSHADOWZ, awesome ending there with Sakura! Your Ryu has gotten much better it seems like...i know now to stay out of the corner with you, hittin that massive damage combo each time. I wish Guile had an easy-to-pull-off monster combo..
lol, I would suggest you to start with one character and try to master it. you can't be expert for all characters, that's why everyone pick one main character and couple sub characters for bad matches.
speaking of balrog, just played a good one called 100000000SAMA (8 zeros lol). i lost twice cos i had no idea what to do. he would just chip me with dash punches and if i got close just jab a few times then mix up high/low dash punch. so annoying to deal with. plus he was on point with his low hard punch anti air. switched to sagat and lost again, i havent pulled him out in a while so i shouldve seen that coming. anyway i sent him a friend request and referenced this thread, so hopefully he signs up. if you wanna play a decent balrog, hit him up.
That guy frames advantage invited me. He beat me the first game with dhalsim, i didnt think he would teleport as much as he did. Then we had some more games and pretty much every time he would teleport on wakeup (sonetimes he wouldnt and id get caught), so i won the next 5 games. If anybodys about to play him, he teleports ALOT, but hes pretty good. His sagat is ass though.
It's ok guys A good Boxer would probably man-handle me! I don't know the properties of his specials enough to beat Boxer consistently I would love to play good Boxers and Vipers
Can you tell me why I just got my ass kicked by an Abel who spammed me with a forward kick? He literally locked me into turtle mode and no moves except a weak kick worked. WTF!
fei yes, sagat no. i dunno its your choice, but it seems like everyone and their grandma is playing sagat nowdays. plus, it would be sweet to have every player (on our team) with a different character in the team tournament.
Yeah, but I was playing as Blankgat (halfsies) before it became cool to do so, back in the days of everyone-is-Akuma. Really, Sagat was one of the choices because of Adon (hint, hint, any Capcom folks reading this).
So firstly sign up by going to one of fffan777s posts and clicking the link in his sig. I was talking to fffan and we agrees that the way it should be run is 5 players on a team. Each team chooses somebody to go first. Winner stays on, the losing team chooses someone else to go up and then the winner of that match stays on etc. You keep going until all the players on one team are gone. Im not sure how fffan wants everyone to organise teams, but i think (dont qoute me on this though) its just organise it yourself.
Fair enough. Im glad the akuma days are over. You still see the occasional one but usually theyre not that good. Alot of good ryus nowdays, which imo is a harder match for cammy Adon-sagat would be a sick little muay thai duo, even if adon wants to kill the king :S But im gonna try and just stick with cammy, it gets annoying having to adjust to different pokes, walkspeeds, anti airs every time you change characters
Capcom, if you read, please, add Adon and Ibuki in the NeXT update and more stages and the rival video!
Anybody have a decent tutorial video on how to properly use Focus Attacks? I feel Bison is too open for rushdowns and need another tactic other than running away in my arsenal.
