Anyone want to go a couple rounds I'm messing around with yun so it should be some easy wins if your looking to feel good about yourself.

 

Ill be home in about an hour if you want. But Yun is so trash its not even funny.

 

Docta, I noticed you're GC friends with someone named Ray Cy. He sent my Dhalsim hate mail a little while ago. I accepted his friend request to challenge him to another match and noticed you were a friend in common. He dropped me as a friend before I can send him an invite.

 

I only still play Yun because there is so much variety in his moveset. I like all of the variety.

 

I don't have a clue how to use him but he seems fun to play. Too bad they dropped the ball with him on Volt.

 

I see a person use Ken's Target Combo instead of his Cr. HP. Because Cr. HP, Shoryuken/Tatsumaki, etc. is stronger than if you used Target Combo, and I feel amused that no one online has made use of the better strength,

Sick of this ####ing lag against chinese. How am i Supposed to stand a chance when they lag you out?

 

It's not really them, actually. As you may or may not know, Wi-Fi hasn't reached such a stage of evolution where it's smooth, no matter where you are and who you are connecting with. Try setting the region to North America or something, and you'll have better chances. But hey, it could also be weather conditions. And why do you insist that they are Chinese? Just curious, as you could just put it down as Asian because most of those ones are Japanese instead.

 

No offense, but I HATE when people use this argument against me. Lag can cause missed combos and stuff, but they still experience the same lag as you, so how are you at a disadvantage?

Because they might be used to the lag?

Because their names are in Chinese, and I can distinguish Chinese writing from Japanese.

 

I just played 7 horrendously staggeringly lag fest matches of 7 rounds vs a Clan Tinhte member. It was not fun. If it wasnt for the fact that he was a member of that clan, I would not have inflict such an experience upon myself.
If this is the kind of lag I am to expect from all Clan Tinhte players, I am not looking forward to these matches at all.

 

In my eyes, lag in volt is like wet weather in sport. It changes how you have to play but it doesnt give either player an advantage, unless you play a character who relies on links (like yun), but if thats the case youre probably better off doing a slightly less damaging version of the combo that doesnt have links. Lag is a part of the game. Saying that everybody else has an advantage over you becuase theyre used to it is like saying everybody has an advantage over you because theyre used to the controls...
