Hey Lynardo, Thanks for the haiku, but that's too bad that you can't use promo codes. I see that you're located in Canada - is it because they're only good in the US store? I know that you can change the store location (go to the main iTunes page - scroll down - under "Manage" on the far right should be a "change country" option), although I'm not sure if you'll be able to redeem codes even if you change it. I've also read about just making a new iTunes account and listing US as your country. To be honest, I'm not a guru on the inner workings of the promo codes or the store - anybody here who might be able to help out?
it's been mentioned several times that everyone who is outside the US could open a US iTunes account and ultimately redeem any promo codes even he/she doesn't have a credit card. go to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 good luck!
No problem. How about I just buy it and you pay me back with a beer instead if ever we meet? (Albeit a pint is more than $1.99 I'm sure of it).
Hah, sounds good Lynardo. As for the contest, there aren't any eligible entrants thus far. Right now, you've got pretty good odds of winning - let's get some haikus going!

A new, free code will also go up at that time. Good luck!
My favorite videogame character has to be Amaterasu from Okami. I love her because she is a wolf (one of my favorite animals), Okami is my favorite game ever, I adore Oriental Mythology, and Amaterasu is just an awesome dang wolf. I <3 her, and I <3 Okami
Thanks for the win! Jblick it was a toss up, no pun intended. If this is a game you have really been wanting I am happy to hand you the code. PM me. Don't get me wrong, I would love the game but I understand what it is like to really want a game. Thanks again Mike RNR!
Thank you. The offer is extremely generous and speaks volumes about your character. But you won fairly. In any event, I was able to pick up the freebie 8:00 code for the game. Even if I hadn't I could not ask you to give up a code that belongs to you.
