Release date They said that they will release it on 10th on the trailer so it must come out tommorrow. Also gameloft games will take less time to reach the app store because gameloft is important to apple
I thought people were saying the trailer said that it was coming the 18th?..This is good news in every way if you're correct.
if you look at the trailer now it has 18th pasted on top of where it used to say the 10th... im so disappointed i was sooooooo looking forward to this game...i hope there is an option to slow unit speeds or something so all games arent over in 10minutes
Arrrggg The videodescription is saying the 18th but they might have mistyped it because it's not Thursday. Its Friday! Also there's no sign of words from gameloft in twitter saying that it's delayed. They must have told people that it got delayed! Or they should have edited the trailer. Damn it's frustrating because i was waiting for this and hopefully they don't delay it
It should be out in NZ now but isnt F**k you gameloft for delaying endlessly And for reducing shadow guardian!
hold your t!ts....I live in New Zealand and it's not midnight yet. I still don't think its coming out though.
Haha what times it there? fingers crossed, try typing into itunes search for starfront and if it appears in scrolldown predictive then it will be getting released-if you get me lol
Gameloft twitter just updated - it's the 18th. Possibility: Tweaks may have nothing to do with it, and they are assuming it would come out, no one would buy it, everyone would vote on it to be the .99 cent game in their little facebook promotion. Another possibility: I may be paranoid; this game has been delayed like crazy already, so this is not exactly breaking with tradition. Yeppers.
Starfront: Collision has been pushed back to 18th February, as communicated today. As it will follow the pricing model of Sacred Odyssey: Rise of Ayden (free to download, in-app purchase to unlock the full game) it's not possible to include in our Valentine's promotion so this isn't the reason
if that is the case, than they should have anticipated all the sales and not announced a release of the 10th. anyway whatever its coming next week, i do wonder why they wont say what delayed it.
I'm wondering why they would release it on the 18th. Since that is a friday, and they never release games on fridays, so why then?
The rumours are that iOS 4.3 will be released next week in order to have In App Subscription support in place as the trail period for The Daily expires. Perhaps Gameloft wants to wait to test with the final released build to avoid any compatibility issues right after releasing the game or avoid it being overshadowed by OS update news? Or it could just be to give leeway for the app approval process since this seems like a last minute pull and resubmission, whereas normally they probably already have the app approved before announcing a release date.
