      No, it appears that they're giving away the old version of Tetris that got pulled from the app store when the new one came out. The version that downloads has a different, lighter background icon than the Pick of the Week app card shows, and it says, "Tetris®, version 1.6.23 by Electronic Arts, 18.5 MB, Release Date 7/11/2008" after you download.

      So slightly iffy on the part of Starbucks, with using the new app's picture to illustrate the card. Kinda like when they promised an entire book, but only actually gave away the preview. When will their marketing department learn...? :rolleyes:

      Edit: I supposed this isn't actually so bad this time, because from what I've read so far the older version gets better reviews for game play. :)

      Yeah it sounds like giving away the older version is better in this case.

      If anyone has an extra, I'd love to be PMed a code.

      I'd wanted to buy the old version but never got around to it, so now the new version is my only option. It looks pretty spiffy, but I prefer the classic ol' Tetris.
