Desctructoid - 9.5/10 Each table is chock full of beautiful art, character cameos, and tracks pulled straight from the films' soundtracks. These first three tables are a bold and equally stellar introduction to Star Wars Pinball, and they'll keep you more than busy until Zen Studios drops the next batch. Game Informer - 8.5/10 You don't need to be a Star Wars fan to recognize the creativity Zen has brought to the new tables. The company continues to include more fantasy elements in its designs. AppAdvice “Star Wars fans will certainly enjoy the visual treat this game offers. That, combined with the fun gameplay make this a must have. It is impressive. Most impressive. Ive already bought everything on the original Zen Pinball but if its different then i might take the plunge here, seeing as im very fond of anything pinball related on ios. pluto6 Well-Known Member Jun 21, 2009 5,837 3 38 Military #6 pluto6, Apr 30, 2013 The standalone lets you chose if you want to go light path or dark path, and there are separate advancements for each. There does not seem to be change in gameplay, but I don't think the IAP has this light/dark feature. All tables are good though. They are the same as you'll find on consoles for considerably more. Per your question, no, you don't lose iaps as long as the app isn't removed from the appstore. Zen pinball makes the process easy...I have 10-12 tables. When I got my ipad, I just hit restore purchases and all my tables downloaded. No problems at all, except for my ipad going to sleep several times while dl'ing, making me start all over . Is the Zen Pinball app still free? If there is a sale (I'm about to buy a lot of tables...) on iaps, get Zen Pinball, not this. It comes with a free table that happens to also be awesome, and includes the Star Wars tables.
