I think that PoP needs to be the next game on the AppStore, without any extra hype...

No, he was saying that Americans (illogically) put the month before the day (Month/Day/Year) while Europeans put the day before the month (Day/Month/Year).

So how did they magically figure out the release date before it's even been announced?

That's not really what I'm asking, I'm wondering how they figured out the release date. This is what I'm not getting:

I get the link location, but it's still DD/05/2010

They played around with the URL address and changed a 2 to a 4.

and thats why you should never listen to outside parties like slidetoplay. Only wait til Gameloft actually announces the game to set a release date!!

Everyone had a very valid reason to believe Slide To Play, though... it's not like they just randomly came up with the release date. The release date was on one of the pictures for the game at Gameloft's site.

They just decided to push it three more days. SlideToPlay, nor anyone that listened to them about the date, isn't to blame. Again, it's not like they just made up the release date. Gameloft changed it last minute, it seems :p

yeahh i get that...and its a legit reason. What im saying though is that when websites like slidetoplay make up release dates, people believe them, and once Gameloft actually says the actual release date, they get pissed. Zombie Infection for example...lol thats why i wait til Gameloft announces the games

    LMAO decode FAIL. EPIC FAIL.

If the release date was on a picture on Gamelofts website before they officially announced the release date, why would slidetoplay say they "decoded" it?

If gamelofts saw that slide to play had spoiled the surprise, so they decided to push the release date back 3 days, then yes slide to play are to blame because we have to wait 3 more days for the game.
