Someone obviously hasn't played a Gameloft game in a long time ac2 was announced ages ago, Splinter Cell will be sweet All those who doubted FallenAngel should apologize
you all should be ashamed I can't believe it took 5 pages of posts before someone finally stated that AC 2 was already announced. And yes, that one is true because it was announced during a live apple event. As for splinter cell... I bet we see some news circulating around it real soon.
Splinter Cell Conviction confirmed!!! Here is my News From Gameloft's facebook: They are really secretive as soon as I begin to talk about Splinter Cell iPhone... I won't get any real information anytime soon but there is definitely something going on i'll try to add more info screens and even trailer soon but i think it will release at the end of year
The ngage version is one of the best stealth handheld game ever, I hope we get to see Sam for the iPhone too.
I bet it will be a side scrolling game, just like the old mobile versions, as well as AC1/2 on the iDevice. I doubt it'll be bad though. I wonder when Gameloft's releasing Prince of Persia (I'm 99% sure they're making one even though I haven't heard about it yet).
we heard ubisoft want to release Prince of Persia for idevice but splinter cell maybe goes to gameloft
Then again, there was Chaos Theory for the DS which was a full 3d game like the console Splinter Cell games. I hope that's the case here. And why do these games always come out RIGHT when I run out of money...
I hope they... I hope they re-do chaos theory just like on NGage, those graphics r quite crappy by todays standards, but its in gorgeous full 3D . I say chaos theory because IMO after that game, they took a wrong turn somewhere. the 4th and 5th games went in a radically different direction. I LOVED when i needed to make Sam stick to the shadows and pop out quickly to grab a guy and ruin his day. and the upside down neck snapping was too much fun . i realise they have that in the newer ones too, but they make you sneak around in broad daylight... not cool. long story short... I hope they re-do chaos theory rather than just make a crappy version of conviction for advertising, and help sell their console version.
Hopefully will be good. Off topic- why do gameloft suddenly have loads of games come out, then go quiet for a while then have loads more? Wouldn't it be easier to have a continuous stream?
So there are no speech record, no pictures, no videos, no blogs/tweets/etc, and not even any internet links. If they're gonna make something this big, why aren't there any information, even text, about it?? That's hardly believable. Or they simply aren't sure if they're going to develop at this moment.
If you follow the link it takes you to a site with a picture of Sam Fisher (From Splinter Cell) holding a gun with the text “YOUR MORALS YOUR GAME” to the side of him and 37.331689, -122.030731 written underneath. These numbers are GPS co-ordinates and when entered into Google Maps takes you right to Apple Head Quaters at Cupertino!!
Wouldn't it be cool if sam fisher's task was to go save apple employees at Cupertino from terrorists funded by an evil competitor(read microsoft) and in the final battle you have to free steve jobs!! Just kiddin!!
guys my topic just updated: http://forum.gameloft.com/index.php/topic,3315.msg28744.html sara from gameloft: Code: What is sure: •Splinter Cell is coming to iPhone and iPod touch •Ubisoft is NOT making it For the rest you'll have to be patient
